just picked up some reading material anyone ever heard of them or did i just waste my cash?

Nutrient timing by john Ivy
The New HIT by Ellington Darden
and
Getting Stronger (weight training for sports) by Bill Pearl

Not sure about those, but you can also look into Anthony Robert's book "Anabolic Steroids". He's a moderator on here (Hooker) with rAJJIN and I and from what I understand it is one of the best books around.

any new knowledge is good knowledge, so I dont suspect you wasted your money ,,, and i have only heard good things about hookers book ... id buy it, but i spent all my money on juice :D

Cheif, My friend and I were just at Barnes and Noble today and I was looking at those books also and got "Nutrient Timing" by john ivy, and was checking out "Getting Stronger" weird coincidence huh?... but the Arnold Encyclopedia sold me.

I have to bump Kaiser and Tatterd....Hooker's book is excellent!!! I recently finished reading it, and was very impressed, very infomative!!!

Read as much as you can, it never hurts to learn someone else's views on things...Plus it's always good to have some current reading material in the bathroom.
