Did my second solo jab and am battling to aspirate. When I pull back on the syringe to see if there is any blood, there has been none, just an airbubble or two.....

I inject the full amount, the first time with the higher gauge (25), tho it took longer, there was no blood or pain. Yesterday I dropped it to 23 to speed up the time, and even tho when I aspirated there was no blood, when I pulled the pin out, it bled a little. I am not overly concerned, but i am a little stiff in my delt today.......How is it best to aspirate in the delts for example?

Hmmmm...maybe I should get me a new girlfriend...for dishes, jabs and lurvin

Thanks :D

You just gotta learn to use your thumbnail to hook under the plunger while your other fingers hold on to the barrel.

Might help to try practice with an empty barrel pointing to your delts to get your fingers used to doing it with one hand

Sounds like your doing fine, just take it slow. I would stick with the 25 g and try to move the pin as little as possible so your not as sore the next day. Also if its sore try and massage the oil for a few min after injection.

Just a little til you see the bubble. I never get blood, I am ashamed to say every so often I forget to aspirate, but some have said they don't bother at all. But you should. Antihero is spot on, always inject into a relaxed quad, and if it tenses, let it relax, continue....and when I have it all in there I always 'almost' let go of the syringe, to let it show how it is angled into my leg, so that I can withdraw straight out, not sideways...that tip is a razor blade. Also its lots easier if u are fresh from a hot bath ur skin will be softer. And I usually push the last bit of air out, and let a little oil run down the barrel of the needle to lube it. My girl likes a well lubed needle as well ;) -B

if when you pull the plunger back little bubbles come in your fine, inject... if blood comes in pull out and restick... once you pull out its ok if it bleeds a little, you didnt do anything wrong, the pain is from the gear, dont worry youll get used to it.

Ahhh if only my girl liked it as thin as a needle, but alas, it is just the cross some of us have to bear..... :D

Thanks for the advice guys, I dont mind the pain that much - the stiff muscle pain sure beats the feeling of pain from having my ribs cracked playing rugby a while back...now THAT hurt like a fucker! Bodies are very different when in their late teens and early twenties, compared to being 35....
