hey all im starting my first ever test cycle with high hopes to start packing on the lbs. i plan on going on a high protein, carb, and water diet to do so. i have always had a rediculously fast metabolism and have tryed multiple weight gainers to put on some weight and nothing has ever worked for me. i'm constantly eating and working out 4-5 times a week put everything into it and not seeing sufficient gains. I've done plenty of homework for the last year preparing for my first cycle and its going to look something like this:

weeks 1-12: testosterone enanthate @ 500 mg's a week
will be injecting 250 on monday and 250 on thursday every week until week 12.

weeks 13-17: nolvadex @ 40/40/20/20 might even do an additional week at 10 just to be safe.

is there any other supplements that would benefit me to take with this cycle to put on some mass?

if anyone has any tips on either training or diet techniques to help me put on 15 lbs with this cycle please help me out, i am 100% focused and committed to get every lil gain i possibly could on this cycle. thanks.

p.s. my stats are located below in my sig.

ok....5 ft 8 145 lbs.

Please post your diet. Be specific. What do you eat, how much, and when?

I appreciate your post, looks like you did some thinking and you put some effort into it. One thing your missing is a solid diet, food is the most anabolic substance on the planet.

also join this site www.fitday.com, and you will get real values of what your eating which, based on your height and weight, is not nearly enough.

i would suggest stay off and train naturally untill you have maxed out diet and training wise, but then i know you wont listen lol.

how ever diet wise i would suggest start with
Protien = 2 x target bodywt in lbs so in your case 145 + 15 x 2 = 320 grams of protien
fats = 0.5 x present bodywt in lbs 145 x 0.5 = 70 to 75 grams (most of it should come from monounsaturated fats, and omegas)
carbs again start with 1st meal, pre workout and post workout meal keep them around 60 to 75 grams/ meal.

drink atleast 4 liter of water/day

now when on cycle if this meal plan does``nt give you 1- 2 pound wt increments/ week
then increase your carbs by 100 grams or so.

use aromatase inhibitors arimidex 0.5 mg eod (just a good stating point)... if you need more you`ll come to know your self.
then keep some tamoxifen citrate handy...in case you see some gyno symtoms, then 10-20 mg/day works great for people.

training wise ;- make sure you are out performing your previous workout, either lift more wt for same no of reps or more reps with the same wt you used previously...

get your blood work done After your PCT and start next cycle only when your blood work comes out normal...

use supplemnental "general health aids"
vitamin c
vitamin e
multivitamin + multimineral tabs
Probiotics
Niacin - HDL control
fish oil pills- triglyceride control
liver support - liv 52 etc
baby aspirin
CQ10 etc etc...
all these will keep you healthy, as it is bodybuilding is a very long journey and in order to gain muscle we need to keep ourselves healthy through out.
think about it bro, who has more chance of gaining muscle a healthy bodybuilder or an unhealthy one with shitty blood work
optimal healthy eniviroment in the body is the primary need for muscle growth.
and all the best bro..

I'm not as experienced as the others here, but personally I wouldnt lift 5 times per week as it wouldnt give me time to recover.
I also use clomid as well as Nolva for PCT.

thank you very much for your input dr intensity im going to try that diet plan out and let you know how its working out for me a few weeks into my cycle. as for the 320 grams of protein daily it sounds like alot should i be bumping my protein shake intake up to 3 times a day to achieve this? and if anyone else has an extreme mass diet that i can try i would appreciate some suggestions that has worked for someone that has had a similar stature to mine at one point.

as to hoffmeister's post i really dont have a problem with recovery time when lifting 4-5 times a week my schedule would look like this:
Monday: shoulders / traps / abs
Tuesday: Back / triceps
Wedsday: off
Thursday: Chest / Biceps / abs
Friday: Legs
Saturday: back to shoulders and traps etc.

This gives me a solid 4-5 days of rest on any 2 muscle groups before training them again.

It's plan and simple....you need to eat more than you burn...My wife eats more than you and she's close to the same stats...She is eating 2600 kcals for maintenance.

You NEED to train with either of these programs and EAT EAT EAT !

You NEED to get your BW done esp T3, personally I think your comment in your sig is BULLSHIT "Problem: metabolism is way to fast to keep up with" Have you tried eating 5000 kcals a day ????

thanks for those links both share alot of really quality information that i will be experimenting with. im gunna work on eating more than i ever have before and stocking up on multi vitamins and really heavy protein shakes im probs averaging 3000 cals a day im gunna try and get as close to 5000 a day as i possibly could and see if i notice any difference.

do you think my workout schedule needs adjusting due to the information i read about having an off day in between each workout day because of the recovery of your nervous system???

my split and training style is exactly the one that BIG A recommends except i do one extra exercise for chest that is decline bench press.

as for diet this is my meal plan

break fast;- 500grams of red meat + 100- 150 grams of rice

mid morning;- 75grams of whey + 1.5 tbs peanut butter

lunch;- 20egg whites + 5 whole eggs + 250 ml milk

preworkout ( 30mins before workout) 75 gram of whey + 50 to 75 grams of oats

post workout (immediately after workout) 75 grams of whey + 75 grams of dextrose

Dinner 20egg whites + 5 whole eggs + 250 ml milk OR 500 grams of chicken + large salad

#one liter water with each meal. i put around 30ml extravirgin olive oil in chicken and red meat...and some times with my protien shakes(helps in bumping up calories)

this meal plan gives me around 500+ grams of protien

wow now thats a pretty sick diet plan thank you for sharing this with me i appreciate it im gunna try and get as close to something similar to this plan starting today. im thinking about ordering some muscle juice 2544 anyone ever use the stuff? with 990 calories and 55g of 4 different types of proteins it should be a great way to reach my 5000 calorie a day goal without meal substituting of course. if anyone knows a serious high protein all in one shake that i can check out please let me know so i can do some research before ordering up thanks.

The whole point is to eat real food.....shakes are just a supplement or bridge inbetween meals. Cutler eats 5lbs of meat a day...

as for your protien requirements do as BIG A suggests add a protien shake to all 6 meals,
so anyone can easily eat 250 grams of protien easily through SOLID MEALS, then 25 gram/shake added to all six meals that would be 150 grams so the TOTAL PROTIEN INTAKE= 400 GRAMS

then you can add 15 to 30 ml of extra virgin olive oil to all your shakes( monounsaturated fats are healthy fats)

then for carbs, pasta( can have lot of) potatoes, oats, bananas etc ...

yes even with all this if you need more calories then throw in mass gainers etc.

# see the most important thing when you start with a mass gaining diet is that you must feel super stuffed(initially)....
then with all that you will need digestive aids etc...

the toughest part of gaining muscle is to not training its eating.... so if you are deciding to use AAS then please get dead serious about your eating..it is not easy initially to eat huge amounts of food all day somedays you just dont like eating at all, but slowly with practice you will be able eat huge amounts without thinking too much...
