Hey guys, has anyone done a cycle of this or something similar? What are your thoughts?? I'm looking to getsome lean mass, but also trim the old midsection a little, I am looking forward to the appetite increase (eq) and strength gains from the eq and tren

Wk 1-12 test e 500mg/wk (I would run prop but I already had the full cycle of test e)
wk 1-12 eq 600mg/wk
wk 3-10 tren ace 50mg/ed
wk 4-11 hcg 250 iu every 3-5 days
wk 3-10 letrozole .25 mgs/ed
wk 3-10 T3 25mcgs/ed
wk 12-15 nolva, 40mg/ed wk12, 30mg/ed wk13, 20 mg/ed wk 14-15

This will be my 4th cycle. All my other cycles were
wk 1-12 test e 500 mg/wk
wk 1-4 dbol 25 mg/ed
with proper pct
I do very well with these compounds, no sides at all
I do seem to get a lot of water retention fairly easily though

Here are my stats
28 years old
5'10''
194 lbs
13% bf

3500 calories/ed
200 grams protein/ed
4 days a week lifting
upper/lower body split

You could do the tren starting week one, the EQ and Test are going to take a while to kick in so the tren would be working in the meantime.

All in all it looks ok but I'm wondering about the stats to cycle history relation, I mean you have right now 13% bf so that gives you around 171 lbm at 5'10'' after 3 cycles of test and dbol. I guess my question is, what's up with that?

I flat out wasn't eating enough on my previous cycles and I was taking my test injections only once a week at 500mg so my levels were flucuating too much. I didn't take full advantage of the test.

Oh yeah I forgot you'll want to run the test a week past the EQ since EQ's halflife is longer than the test.

Man with 600mgs of eq and 350mgs of tren ace your bp is gonna go sky high. I'd just drop the eq completely and just use the tren. You'll be plenty strong on that dose.

I see a few issues here

1. if you only ran test e and dbol before then you should not toss in two new compounds in your next cycle. pick one

2. after 3 cycles, your 5 ft 10 and under 200 lbs.

3. If you bloat on E then change esters to cyp. I bloat awful on E but much less on cyp. Ever think prop EOD?

4. Post your diet. BE SPECIFIC. I bet its not 3500/200 as stated, and if it is then your protein is low and needs to be at 400 ed

5. Post your training split. Be specific.

6. post your goal (not "gain lean mass and cut belly fat)

With only being 194, it's right. I was a 130lbs when I started lifting with a metabolism that could lean out a hipo.
Also, on my last cycles, I was not eating enough.
That's one of the reasons I was looking forward to the Eq for the appetite. Right now naturally my diet is 3000, 180. I will tweak my diet plan to include more protein than the planned 200. Every time I start to make head way, I end going out of country and traveling for weeks at a time while my body has a hay-day with using my muscles for energy (I'm in Afghanistan so the whole program is more difficult, but possible with dedication which I definitely have).
As far as my goal, my whole body is lean except the stubborn lower ab. So, I am more concerned with the nutrient repartitioning AR binding in the fat cells, and assistance with fat loss coupled with a clean diet( so to answer your question primarily cutting and if I get a little clean lean mass it will be the icing on the cake). From everything I have read on Eq, I would be very disappointed if I expected it to assist in fat loss. I was only going to do a test e and eq cycle, but I have had it with the lower ab, so I think I will do a test/tren cycle instead. I already have the eq on hand, but I can put it away for safe keeping. I think the tren will give me more satisfying results as far as fat loss, strength, and possibly a little extra lean tissue.
I'm at work so I'll post the detailed workout plan later, but I'm using an undulating periodization program with:
M-Upper 5x5 (for each set)
T-Lower 5x5
W-Off
Th-Upper 4x10
Fri-Lower 4X10
Sat-Cardio
Sun-Off
M-Upper 3x12
T-Lower 3x12
