Hi guys, in the next few weeks im planning to start a cycle of sus 250, deca, and dbol. it will look like this

week 1-10 sus 250 @ 500 per week
week 1-8 deca 200 @ 200 per week
week 1-6 dbol @ 50 per day
week 1-15 proviron @ 25 per day
week 3-10 hcg 500iu every 5 day

aromosin on hand
week 12-15 standard nolva, clomid pct

My current stats is 100kg body weight, 6ft tall, 12% bodyfat and 28 years old.

Please note id only like advice from people who have used these compounds or have researched them, thanks

I have been training 6 years and this will be my second cycle. my first cycle consisted of 10 weeks of test enthante @ 500 per week with nolva pct.

My training is mainly based on compound free weight movements such as deadlifts, squats, bench press, pull ups etc. I usually train as heavy as i can for about 4-8 reps. training sessions no more than 50 minutes and i train 2 days on, 1 day off.

my bulking diet for this cycle will consist of the following

7am 200g oats, raisons, 2 banannas, 2 scoops whey protein

10 am 200g white rice, 200g chicken, flax

1 pm 200g white rice, 200g chicken, green beans

4 pm pre workout shake

5pm post workout shake, amino acids, 100g vitargo

8pm 200g white rice, 200g chicken, avocado

11pm 200g red meat, peanut butter


please critique my cycle, one thing id like to ask experienced users, is the gains, side effects of runing 750 per week of sus much greater than 500 per week?

I can't offer advice on the cycle itself. But have you figured out the calories and grams of protein/fat/carbs that diet has? I don't till I could eat at 11pm. Best of luck regardless, I'm sure more experienced guys can offer advice with the gear.

I do know many of them don't like sust. though due to multi ethers (at least thats what i've read recently)

forgot to mention my goal is to put on 7-10 kg hopefully more with this cycle

If you gain that much weight it'll be a combination of muscle, fat, and water. There's no way you'll gain that much in pure muscle on a cycle. But good luck anyways.

what i meant was id like to bulk up about 7-10 kgs, im aware that theres gona be water and fat gained also

I think u should bump your deca to 400@week in order to c any significant gains from it. Just me though!

It's my opinion that 6 weeks at 50 mgs. is a week or 2 too long. Even at the standard 4 to 5 weeks of running it, why not throw in some liv 52 or milk thissle to save your liver?

I think u should bump your deca to 400@week in order to c any significant gains from it. Just me though!

that was my original plan, but its only my second cycle so i havent run more than one compound before plus im running the dbol also. I know the dose of deca is low but if i tolerate it well, il up the amount next time round.

I have milk thistle on hand but if liv 52 is superior then il get that, my last cycle of test enthante took just over 6 weeks to fully kick in, i know the different esters of sus may kick in sooner. il plan to run the dbol for 6 weeks, see how it goes, i can always stop at 4 or 5 weeks if the sides are untolerable
