Wanted to give props on the HIT method. Two weeks in can not believe the gains. Never been so sore in my life, worst than the first week of football back in HS.

I would suggest reading the entire thread as he adds a few pointers. For giggles and shits follow the link in the thread to big heinze's diet, 10000 calories.

damn Big A.... u ROCK! :)

but i find it hard to just train 3 days a week... i feel like going everyday but sat, sun, and going hard :) its so hard to control myself in the gym... gotta hit every muscle before im happy... and i know that sucks.... damn

and i agree, it's really hard to just train 3 days a week, i like to go 4-5:/

ok i have seen that. thought it might of been something different. i too find it hard to go just 3 times a week. any day i don't train i feel like i'm being lazy
