Looking for an answer to the age-old question:
What measurement is "BIG GUNS" to you?
Do you measure flexed or unflexed?
Love to hear from everyone!

It all depends on a guys height as well. A really short guy could have short 16" arms and they would look the same size as a really tall guy with 19" arms.

It depends on the size of the person they are on...and if they are in shape. A 22 or 23 inch arm that has no seperation or vascularity isn't impressive to me. Hell, my grandmother has those!! I think the average sized dude (around 5'10") has some "guns" on him if he's got anything over 20" arms that are in shape.

Also, you have to remember that you're creating an illusion when it comes to your arms. How your triceps look and the shape they take as well as how the bicep looks gives the appearance of a big arm. Ive seen guys with great shape and looked like they had huge arms, but they actually didnt. small measurements, but the appearance made them look big.

I like my arms around 19'' they are big and its easy to maintain proportions with the rest of my body... the bigger the arms get the bigger everythign else has to get... I dont want to be big like Jay Culter or Ronnie.. Ill stick with astetics like Zane, Arnold and Colombo.

IMPLANTS, no way that is caused by Syntherol or any other SEO.
BIG A would agree to this.

I have heard of many different workouts, but which ones really help get that peak?

See, now you guys wrecked it for me! I was just starting to feel like I was getting some size and you go and set the "Big Gun" bar at 21 inches! I'm 5'9", 198 lbs, 17 1/4 arms. I should have measured my forearms....I think they are actually bigger! (I got weird "Popeye" arms, I can put a choke-hold on like a mo-fo! hehe)
