Not enough information given for me to give you any advice.
Be way more specific about how you plan on running those compounds and list everything about yourself...goals, stats, experience...

WTF do you need 700mg of test on a second cycle ??????? You don't bump up the test until you stop making gains....
And I'm sick and tired of guys saying I don't want to bloat or gain fat...It's diet man that controls that. And who cares if you bloat when your trying to gain it's only 12 weeks....
How old are you ?
What's your BF% and you better not say "its about" spend the fucking money and get tested
Have your searched at all ???

let me rephrase the OP i want to gain lean mass, not trying to cut. i want to avoid excessive bloating though the pumps from dbol were tolerable but the cramps in my forearm killed some of my shoulder sessions. im even on a low sodium diet with 2gals per day. the high BP and liver toxicity was another factor for me to decide to run injectables only.

At 21 years old you should be taking advantage of your natural test levels and not using ans AAS, although since this is your second cycle and you didnt post when you ran your first or your PCT, nat test may already be compromised.
What was your starting weight before your first cycle? and how long ago did you run it?
And whats your current diet? be specific
Going forward, at 15% 195 lb, your LBM is 166 lbs. IMO you need to get to the 12% range before you cycle again. And it makes my laugh when people post they want "lean gains", as opposed to posting they want "fatty gains":cool:

my diet
meal1) home made mass gainer 800-900 cals
shake
meal2) tuna whole grain bread mixed nuts
meal 3) home made mass gainer 800-900 cals
shake+ banana pre workout
meal 4) meat and rice/potatoes/pasta
meal 5) 10-12 egg whites 2 yolks
usually on off days ill have another meal
right now im not even eating as much and im starting to lean up as the days go by but im liking it and im getting enough cals because im still making gains.
before cycling my hormone balance was completely out of whack a test reading below min and prl higher than max range. i had gained too much BF yet i was always a really lean person. it all went onto my gut i must have aromatized like crazy from the bulking. anyway i got that sorted before i jumped on my cycle but the reason why i wanted to cycle was because theres no way i could train at the level i wanted to and recover from it while eating as much as i wanted to.

Are you Kidding ???? WTF ?? What are your Test levels and estradiol levels ?? You said you got tested and it was low what was it ??

You're one of those guys that is going to come on this board and ask for advice when you've already made up your mind. You aren't listening to what we are saying. How many calories are you eating a day ? What is the break down ? And you're eating too many "home made " shakes. You are on the edge of fat at 15% and you are going to aromatise a lot more at that BF %. Cut with some clen/t3 to 10-12% learn how to diet and come back. Also read the threads in my signature.

21 it too young, but your right many still get on because they think " why work hard and gain muscle naturally when I can speed things up and run AAS?"

skim milk, peanut butter, cup of oats, banana, scoop of PP

Testosterone: 7.6 nmol/L ( 8.0 - 29.0 ) LL
and what i mean is i train harder than most people in the gym and you can only recover so fast ontop of that when your natural and as lean as i was at 140 pounds you can only get big and strong by bulking. for a person as lean as i was i was force feeding chicken breast and rice many times a day was the only way i put on size and strength but also fat. i was not too worried as i knew i was putting on substantial muscle too until i realised that there was a big consequence for high body fat.

Anyone that just throws out the phrase of "I know a lot of people in prison or I came from prison" isn't hard. The ones that have been to the pen and are quiet about it after tend to be the actual hard ones. FYI!

thats not food..... I am talking about real food: brown rice, red meet, sweet potato, fish, veggies, chicken. Food, whole food, the kind you have to chew and swallow.

Also with the proper balance of a clean diet, a good training split, proper supps (omega 3's, amino acids, vitamins) and rest, no reason why you could not continue to gain muscle and yes a little fat too. If you bf% went high then either diet/cardio/workout/rest, something was out of wack.

i started at 140 pounds almost 2 years ago. im running my first cycle as we speak.
im looking for ideas for a second cycle for the end of this year after my pct and break :D

2 years and 40lbs gained, very nice, however I would like to see a before/after picture to back that up. If what your saying is legit then I would say a cycle of test e 500mg wkly for 12 weeks wouldn't be outrageous considering you have enough knowledge to be able to pack on such weight. Like I said, I would like to see proof first.

I thought you cycled at 140 to get to where you are now, if you went from 140 to 180 first, and your running your first cycle now, then that is a solid gain in size and weight. The way its posted is a bit confusing.
Where are you in the cycle you are running now? how many weeks in? And I agree any pics you have would help.

im coming up to week seven of my first cycle.
prior to my cycle i was an overweight 87/88 kg at my peak (when i crashed-hormone imbalance) and felt like absolute shit. changed my diet and done cardio dropped down to a much leaner 80kgs. I then started my cycle and currently im a leaner 87/88 kgs.
when i began eating more on this cycle i quickly put on some bad mass again but lately the weight on the scales has slowed down but ive gotten noticabley leaner so i think its balancing out. with that said im not aromatizing as much as i was in the begining.
ill see if i can get a pic up.

i am really keen on running eq for its leaning effects along with pumps and ability to increase apetite which basically everything i want but ill have to run it for at least 14 weeks.
if i couple eq with a test base im really contemplating using sus for its short esters so i can kick start my cycle faster rather than having to use prop with test e. after looking on the pct calculator once the sus reaches stable blood levels from the long esters the dip in blood serum is only 5% greater than test e.. which is roughly 25% vs 20%. obviously though the total test is lower.
what do you guys think?
