View Full Version : When do you guys see gains with test cyp?

I know I know, I always preach about short esters and such, but in this situation I got a killer deal on some cyp deca and eq....

SO

I am doing 600 a week of each, and I am 4.5 weeks in and the scale has gone up a pound or so, this is strange considdering I have been eating a ton and lifting really hard 3 times a week with no cardio...

My diet is usually a light meal at least 300 calories and 30g protein when I first wakeup (im not hungry when I first wakeup usually) then maybe an hour later I have a real meal with at least 50g protein and a good deal of carbs.

lunch afternoon meal post workout meal and dinner are usually pretty good sized meals, enough to gain with in my experience... i also add shakes in there, usually 1300 calories each shake, 50g protein, tons of carbs, bit of olive oil, lotta milk, peanut butter, and ice cream :)


My last cycle I didnt keep a log but I feel like I didnt even start to gain until week 8, what do you guys recall in your cyp/deca experience.

Also the gear I dont think is in question, noticeable change in ball size and hanging height, and skin gets oilyyy

I think I am gonna start lifting 5 days a week again, I really liked that.

By week three I can tell its working and the next week the gains start rolling on. Test E and C work the same for me.

maybe you are cause you should see some lbs on the scale even if it sjust water weight...I dunno

2-3 wks, usually very consistent results.

My last cycle using cyp, I didn't notice any gains until week 5.
Weeks 2-4 I could deff tell my nuts were shrinking, and like you said skin started to get oily.

I agree, especially with the increase in food intake.

Just because you are getting sides like smaller nuts and oily skin doesn't mean your gear is authentic. The last time I ran eq and test, the gear turned out to be shit quality but I still got all the sides. I decided never to run that labs products again.

Ive never liked long ester test... Im gonna give it three more weeks and if stuff doesnt start happenin, its prop time again... last time i did a prop and deca cycle my lifts were insane

Honestly, week 7 is when the actual LBS increase for me, however I find that my LBM started to increase by the 3rd week.

Some people dont bloat with test, I know I dont, at 4.5 weeks the deca is just starting to release. Im sure your fine brosive.

I dont bloat with test. I am gonna hope everything is fine and ride it out, if not, whatever. fuck it. pct and wait a few months.
