I'm 2 weeks into my bulk cycle and noticed that I'm putting a little bit around the waistline. I've been told by some people to ignore it and worry about leaning out later. Others have told me that it's easier to lean out if I don't carry extra around the waist and that I should be doing cardio to burn up any extra fat. What do you guys say??? (I really need to put on some serious size, but I don't want to look like a cheesburger either! As of right now...size is my most important goal...above everything else)
Thanks guys!!

if u care about strength dont do cardio ... if size is your only concern, cardio is fine. if u do it, do it in the morning right when u wake up on an empty stomach.

Thanks for the insight. I probably should be worried about strength as well. That will help me add size in the future. (no cardio for me)
Thanks again.

Remember to keep your diet clean. If you start putting on too much fat it will be tougher to lean out without losing hard earned muscle.

either do your cardio after you train, or first thing in the morning on an empty stomach (when your glycogen stores are depleted is when you burn fat). if you do 20-30 mins 5 days a week, you should stay lean, and hold muscle (especially if your diet is decent and you are on the gear). If you don't go overboard on the carbs and junk, that will help.

I decided to do cardio eod and see how my body responds. I'm afraid of burning too many carbs and not getting the gains that I should. I'm getting about 4500 calories a day and 2.5-3.0 grams of protein. I try to keep my carbs low glycemic except for first thing in the morning (try to have combo high/low) and right after my workouts (combo).
Am I doing this right?
My first cycle I did (years ago) I just ate EVERYTHING I saw. I gained really good size but had no cut at all. I just looked big and thick with a little bit of a belly. (I'd like the size without the belly please.....could you super-size that? What???......No, no shake) hehehe

Do about a half hour right after lifting, then have protein and some carbs right after that.
