Only did one aas cycle: January-April 2010 (sust, dbol, proviron, test e) standard pct
Been training for 6 years.

Wks 1-12: 500mg Test E, 400mg Equipose per week (both STEALTH)
Wks 1-12: 50mg Proviron everyday
Wks 1-3: 50mg Tbol everyday

Pct:
Wk14: 100mg clomid, 60mg nolvadex everyday
Wk15: 50mg clomid, 40mg nolvadex everyday
Wk16: 50mg clomid, 20mg nolvadex everyday


i originally had planned to do 6 weeks of dbol @ 30 mg per day, or 5 weeks @ 40mg per day. but the DBOL tabs never showed. Im thinking of changing my cycle to do a short 3 week boost of TBOL to give it a try. a friend of mine is going to do the same thing. (previously asked about his dosages in a seperate thread)

and i may also have enough stealth INJECTS left over to do 15 weeks of test e @ 500mg. Should i extend????

Diet: 350g Protein per day, 4000 calories per day
Carbs: 40%
Protein: 40%
Fat: 20%

6 meals a day, 3 protein shakes per day, casein shake before bed
oatmeal , bananas, porkchop, grilled chicken, red meats (steaks) peanuts, peanut butter.

NEED SOME ADVICE ON DIET organization. I just eat what i have in the pantry which consists of the above.

Henry, I think your t-bol length is too short. Go with 5 weeks. And I haven't tried deca or eq, but I keep reading that deca is more superior.

The tbol needs to be run longer than 3 weeks to maximize the potential of the compound. Do you just not have enough to go past 3 weeks?

I do like Deca over Eq, but if you already have your gear, then Eq and Test C can lead to some great gains if your diet and training is in check.

With your genetics, this cycle has unlimited potential for you, my friend...

You need to run the Test one week longer than the EQ. Run the T-bol longer. I like EQ, Deca is good, it all depends on the cycle goals. Eq is great for appetite and vascularity, deca is good for bloating (lol).

I'd run the test out to 15 weeks and the EQ to 14 to get the full benefits of the EQ.


I'd add eggs in the am and a bagel with peanut butter. Also pick up some nuts (like almonds) to munch on during the day.

Thanks guys. Exactly Wat I was looking for. I'm going to run test for 15 weeks and EQ for 14 weeks. My friend is going to give me his 100 tbol and just order him more later. He's putting his cycle on hold. I can order again soon. Not in any rush. I'm waiting for my pct and test to arrive now. Should be next week. And hopefully the dbol that never showed will arrive too haha. I'd just dbol At 40mg for 5 or 6 weeks. I'm waiting on 550 10mg tabs! Balkan. Gahd I love those pink pills haha. They are awesome.

I run proviron year round with TRT at 75mg ed.

Proviron, good stuff while on cycle. It act as viagra. It alsl good for freeing up free test while on a cycle. It also has some anti-estrogen affects.

I like it for TRT for the same reason. Don't notice much help on cycle, but I will verify that it doesn't do much for anti-estrogen affects. I was on 100mgED when I got the bad aromasin and my estrodiol was 226 !

Proviron is completely over-rated. It doesn't even compare to masteron. Its anti-estrogenic effect is very slight. I would take masteron over proviron any day.

Some good things about proviron=non liver-toxic and it can free up bound test.

I agree:D But some young guns still get the "good" effects from using as little as 50mgEd. For us "Old Farts" TRT is the best use for proviron
