My bother "Matt" and I are looking at this as a cycle I like some in put on this setup of a cycle.

For Matt,
Tren 200mil a week
Test-C 600mil a week
EQ 400mil a week

Now my bother is much bigger then me he's 6.1 238lbs B/F 13% 41yrs

For Me,
Tren 100mil a week
Test-C 400 a week
EQ 100 a week

I'm only 5.7 177lbs B/F 12% 38yrs

Let know what you guys think about this any help would be great.

Need to know cycle history, and results from these previous cycles. I can already tell you right now the dosages are not correct. Im not going to explain why. Use the search tool and start looking around.

Ok going to just stick with my info my bother can post on his own.

My goal is for size mainly in the pecks and shoulders. I have a runners body thin and cut.

My diet is clean here is a basic day for me.
6:00am 3 white eggs 1cup of oats and a 100% whey shake.
9:00am 3oz of broccoli 3oz of baked potato 5oz of grilled chicken breast. 100% whey shake.
12:00pm repeat 9:00am
3:00pm 3oz of broccoli 3oz of baked potato 2oz of grilled steak 100% whey shake.
6:00pm 3oz of steamed long grain brown rice 8oz of grilled chicken breast.
9:00pm few rice cakes or a cup of fruit 100% whey
12:00am Casein bed.

My daily calories is about 2400
Going to pump that up to 2800 with my next cycle.

I also take multi vitamin Omega 3 flax Seed oil BCAA's.


Cycles,
My first cycle was 1yr ago I did a 10week test-c cycle. I did the PCT after. Took about 3mths off. Then redid same cycle. Been cycle free for 4mths or so. Not in any rush still have lots of reading to do on next cycle.


I seen great strength gains being so thin it helped greatly. I've also see my pecks and traps are more defined now.




I will use e search button as I always do, but there is so much to read though at some point I need to post so ensure my finds.

Test Prop at 100 mgs. eod. As you know you would just have to train your chest and shoulders maybe once or twice a week for this. And I think your on Q with your diet to maintain or gain a runners body with this simple cycle. I would run A-dex at .25 eod to keep the water bloat away from the lower body (Belly) What do you think Drob?

I did a rough estimate of your daily diet. It is no where near 2400 calories. You are looking at roughly 3,600 calories. How are you getting your figures?

Alright where do I start ? First off all the "runners" I know are 4-6% BF...12% is NOT a lean running type body.

12% can be done to begin a bulker if you are really 12% on calipers or bodpod, watertank etc... And WTF TREN ???? Stick with a single ester test and eq. Or a single ester test and Deca......Do the research bro and we will be there 100%. The thing newbie's ALWAYS over look is what if the shit hits the fan. You have to make sure you have the ancilleries on hand to combat the nasties if they occur, letro, prami,and adex. Do some more research the quanties you are suggesting are comical (except the test).
