hey i did wiegh 352 but have came down to 318 have tooken one cycle of win 30mg a day and tren 75mg eod been off for a few months and deciding to go back on what could help a little or lot better and diet is great and workout regimon is 5 to 6 days a week can anyone help please

just keep up the cardio and diet

Wow 352, thats big. 160kg, I dont know anyone that big, I got a mate who is 130.
I would be careful with the cardio, ease into it, youve already lost 34 pounds thats pretty good.

If you're serious, search my fish diet and stick with it. A couple people have done it on here and had excellent results. It's my go to diet when I need to lose some extra body fat.

well I was going to make a wise ass joke but wont. Here is what I will say:
you need to have your doctor on board, and if you have health insurance chances are you can get a nutrition eval and have someone work with you to drop the weight. Your health insurance provider want s you to lose weight and will help you, take full advantage of that.
Your still massive, and have a ways to go. HUGE props for coming out and being honest.
But, you get a bitch slap for using steroids once before, and a second bitch slap for thinking about doing it again. You need to put the time and effort into dropping weight naturally. Winny does not burn fat. stay away from all that quick weight loss crap out available, just eat less and increase cardio and weight will come off.

I agree with Drob on this one. I cut some good weight about a year ago but you are far enough up there that you really should involve you PCP and see what he and your insurance company can do to help you take this weight off. It will eventually come down to eating less (but well) and burning those cals through cardio.
Keep in mind here, we aren't talking about losing 50-70 lbs... from your starting weight I'd say you are easily 100lbs (or more) over weight - Not talking shit just stating the obvious.
Get a good diet and work out routine, set a goal (realistic), than track your progress. Once you hit 15% BF, come on back and we'd we happy to review your thoughts on your next cycle. Until then, read the forums, soak up the knowledge, ask questions, and keep us updated on your progress.

comming here and telling everyone you are that heavy will get you all kinds of shit. they are not trying to be mean they are just maning you up and telling you to loose weight.
first - of all AAS will not burn fat
second - There is no pill or shot that is going to do what you want. Just plain old diet and exercise. If you want to loose weight you can do it from diet alone. the exercise will make it come off faster.
third AAS will not help but may harm you untill you get down to 15% some will argue 12%
Please !!! PLEASE !!!! listen to these guys. they will not guid you wrong.
last thing I need to say is there have been guys like you in the past that wanted to loose fat and were taking AAS and ended up hurting themselves and went to the doctor and said "I was taking steroids" what they ended up doing was hurt us guys that were doing it right, then the media gets hold of it and then -"EVIL STEROIDS" are all over tv then congress wants to pass another law on and on and on ...................

Your greatest gains will come ON and OFF cycle when your diet is 100% on point. Diet is the most overlooked thing in bodybuilding.

Google both of these diets and read about them both are very effective. Ultimae diet 2.0 and a PSMF wich is Protien Sparing Modifided Fast. That one is very hard to do but the fat will come off very quickly.

thanks for all the responds and no feelings hurt here i no i am overweight a lot but wanna do something about it and i forgot to put bf% which is 29 thanks everyone
I've got good results from Dave Palumbo's diet's... If you not into dieting,, just take diet pills, loads of adhd meds,, and as much tren and t3 as you can handle. If you are sleeping more than 3 hrs a night you need to up your doses till you get there. Pacing around in circles burns way more calories than laying down asleep. jk......:P

For cardio i have tired just about all of them and have ended up just doing the treadmill for 40 mins, 3 days a week.
Got the tips from this forum, put the mill on an incline of 15 and use a slow pace, i go for 4.5km an hour.
I am losing weight with this and it doesnt seem to be sapping to much strength from my lifting days, 3 days of cardio and 3 of weights makes you look forward to the off day.

Just stay on work out and diet plan. Don't apply gear until you have excess BF. Plan a perfect diet which have less fat and low protein level. 30 to 40 mints regular work out is enough to take control on weight and fat.
