So I wasted my money and bought a PH called Epidrol. Didn't finish the bottle and completely whack my hormones. Estrogen spiked...nipples hurt to the touch, small lumps behind them, and puffy nipples. Havent used the PH since March but still having the same issues. This guy worker at MaxMuscle told me 4 bottles of Nolvadex by Gaspari would fix it....yeah right I shoulda just got some Letrozole and Nolva after to stop estrogen rebound. Any advice on Letrozole usage to combat minor gyno? Surgery not really an option right now. I don't believe its progestin gyno cause my nipples aren't growing.
