yeh, but i think it weighs less... i counted it up at my gym and it was only 2110, so i had somebody stand on top as well ... different pies may have different thicknesses, but its def the same machine.

im not actually ... i just have big legs ... my arms are barely 18" ... i was 250, but I just dropped 25lbs for my strongman competition on saturday ... cut my waist from 37" to 32" n i still don't have abs because i havent done them in years :-D

That almost made me sick just watching that! Back when I was a rook, some fellas @ the gym were talking about the "gym puke" I thought they were full of shit until It happened to me. Of course it was a leg day and I just racked the plates after heavy squats. Then I got really lightheaded and dizzy-like, then I made a dash for the door. Needless to say I didn't make it and I started spewing into my closed fist and a stream spurtted out and onto this poor bastard doing lat-pulls right next to the back door on my way out. Whoever u are, I apologize. Anyway...Ronnie is a genetic freak. I was watching some clips of him a while back on the job when he was still a cop, he looked like a cartoon character, I mean retardedly huge-he looked funny!

instead of slleping 8 hours n eating 16, i slept 16 n ate for 8 :D i lost size, but its very hard to lose strength wen yer on test/tren even if u dunt eat a lot.
