My brother has some pre-existing gyno in only one of his nipples. He has a fairly large lump behind his right nipple. I currently have armidex and nolva at the house, which one can i send to him to get rid of his problem? Or is there soemthing else i should look into getting for him? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Is your brother running a cycle or just coming off one? Is the nipple puffy and sore? I would suggest him just making an appointment to his doctor. Especially for a lump. Even though only .2% of documented breast cancer cases are male related I would still be very concerned about a lump if he is not running or coming off a cycle. :D

it was after he came off of a test tren cycle. he took some prescribed nolva and got rid of the lump under the left one. and yes, it is puffy and soar.

I've recently heard of people treating pre-exisiting gyno with a Letrozole/Nolvadex combination.
