hi im on my first cycle doing dianabol only 15mg week 1 up to 50mg week 4 then down again to 15mg in week 8 im quite slim 155lb eating 2500 cals a day and plenty protien about 150g could anyone tell me what sort of gains to expect and will i keep them i have heard the mass comes off when you stop taking.
im doing full body workout 3 times a week 8-10 reps increasing weight when i can.i have also got some deca could i throw this in to my cycle or keep it for a second cycle any help would be great cheers !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure if this is the same basic recently poste in another forum but dbol by itself is stupid IMAO. Also I think it is weird to take Deca alone or with it but let's see what others say I guess.
Bro, you need to read, read, read!!! Don't take the dbol alone, you should run it for 4 wks at 50mg/ed (and with something - ie.Test Enan). You are definately not eating enough. If you do gain anything, it will probably be water (and it will be gone in a week). You need to slow up and read some more, make another order for some products to go along with the dbol, including some pct products, rework your diet, and then get back in the game. It's all about reading, diet and training.......and then finally the proper cycle.

kawasaki1 is right. Guys at my work have done dbol alone and I am like, WTF! :mad: You guys are so stupid. Small as you were to start with basicly! :cool:

2500 calories? Even at 155 lbs this is no where near enough food, you should be at least 3800 and it should consist of healthy foods like chicken and rice / steak, red potatoes and some green beans. Eat that at least twice a day and chase it down with some protien shakes!! Got to get them calories up! And like the others said, read you should throw some sustanon in that butt for some good gains! :cool:

I second this. Before you put something in your body, do your homework. Dbol is not something you run by itself. The advice I am quoting is on the right path.

You need to gain some more weight and read more before you just start taking steroids. You have to have a good natural base and solid workout foundation.

Bump this. You're not on the "Get rich quick" scheme for getting big just by juicing. You need to know what you're doing and you need to be good at it if you're gonna get anything out of a cycle. Do more research, Spend more time in the gym and make sure you have atleast 3 years of hard lifting experience under your belt before you even consider gear.

Man I hate when people use gear because they think its a fast way to big muscle... YOU SHOULD NOT USE GEAR UNTIL YOU ARE ALREADY IN VERY GOOD SHAPE AND BY GOOD I MEAN "ABOUT AS BIG AS YOUR GOING TO GET NATURALLY!"
People try and jump into this shit without haveing any basis in the gym and diet.. and then they do things without reading anything about the subject. First off doing dbol by itself if a waste of money, damaging to your health and uterly useless... I see no mention of PCT and one thing about dbol is that the gains are very hard to keep... Secondly D-Bol works as a catylist with testosterone... BASICALLY THEY WORK GREAT TOGETHER STACKED! Not to mention that when you drop the dbol and keep the test kicking your get to keep most of your gains while your body re-adjust from dropping the Dbol.
So to answer your question I think that what you are doing is unterly useless and rediculous. Work on the foundations of bodybuilding... Diet, Nutrition and Exercise... and then consider gear as the next step.
