When removing from the corner of the packet, do you cut the corner with scissors or just peirce the packet with the surringe?

I cut the corner. I start with a small cut, after I have filled one or two syringes I make the cut larger so I can open the packet and see in there better.
What do you use to cut the packet? How do you sterilize??

i don't sterilize, there is no need. and I use scissors to cut

The contents is sterile, and the brief air-exposure isn't going to hurt you.

Did you happen to change needles after?
Use scissors and cut small section of corner satchet.

I've had fine luck just piercing with pin, but do what work best for ya

I have a pair of scissors that I only use for the packets and I wipe them with alcohol before use.

If you mean did i use the same needle to inject, then no, I changes needles. I just used one pin to pearce and inject into a vial. the whole syringe and pin was tossed after
