I noticed a small lump under my right nipple last night. So I thought, ok, no big deal, I'll throw an AI into my cycle and/or bump up my bromo...
But then I got to thinking: I have heard gyno described as a small bump under the nipple that sort of feels like a pebble. Okay, now thinking twice on it, that is the same description that I have heard for the detection signs of breast cancer! Thoughts?

breast cancer will increase in size over time, and at some point (when it's too late to cure) become painful .... doubt you have it, but if you are worried about it, get checked. Guys can get breast cancer too :P

I'd be a little more worried if you have a family history of breast cancer, or had gyno before puberty.

Male breast cancer is extremely rare below the age of 60, but obviously if you have even the slightest concern you should be asking a doctor

Cancer is nothing to mess around with. It's most likely Gyno, but if you have any doubts you should go to your doctor.

Thanks for your guys feedback, and yeah, I made an appt to go see my doctor. But I guess I am correct in the assumption that gyno and breast cancer have very similar appearing symptoms huh?

I'm betting its only gyno and nothing more serious.
Keep an eye on it,,,treat it with an AI or other anti e.
If concerns worsen see a doctor.

Men can get breast cancer but it is rare. I had a small lump on my left breast and went to the doc. The Doc just took a knife and cut a small slit and poped it out. Sent it off to a lab and made sure it was not cancer. Turned out to be a cyst. But, I can tell you that not knowing what it is will drive you mad and cause stress. I would just go to a Doctor and get it checked out.
