I know Deca can be used both for bulking and cutting but I have only used it for bulking.

My training partner wants to add in Deca to Test Prop and Masteron at 100-200mg / week and I thought of asking you all about personal experiences with this.

Who has tried it and what results did you get?

I like it, just started my summer program, 200 mg every 5days.

One of my favorite cutting cycles of all time is
DECA/TEST PROP/WINSTROL
DECA can be very effective in a cutting phase.
Diet is the critical key to geting ripped.

I thought deca was solely a mass gainer? Wouldn't the fat and water gains that come hand in hand with muscle gain preclude any cutting?

Cutting or bulking is purely based on diet.

as mentioned, I think with diet in check, consistent training routine, cardio as needed, their isnt bloat, or weight gain besides muscle. which is slower due to diet.
both the deca and T harden me up and keep me full and strong when diet is in check.
