So this is it. I'm on my first week of official clen cycle, at 80mg, and I have a few questions. First off, I had never experiened muscle pains before on clen, but this time, I sure am gettin 'em. So I'm wondering, these pains won't be permanent, will they? Does anybody have any experience with pains to share with me? Do they wear off when you finish your cycle? Sencondly, I am wondering if your body starts getting used to the shaking and twitching. Thirdly, How was your experience with Clen? How much weight did you lose and all that blablabla?
Thanx for answering, and I hope I'm not too annoying with my newbie crapola :P

if you are experiencing lots of side effects you should bump your dose down a notch! as for the muscle pains and cramps there are some supplements you can take I don't remember off hand what they are! I am sure someone else will let you know. 1 thing that will help is to increase your Potassium intake! Also make sure you are drinking plenty of water that might be another reason why you are having muscle pain!!

I used here as part of a solid diet and exercise program: http://www.alinboard.com/showthread.php?t=29900
1. Muscle Pains no - Cramps yes.
2. Cramps willl go away. So will the shakes.
3. yes, it takes about a week for your body to adjust to the clen, then the shakes should subside.. But only if you cycled up properly. I would in no way in hell start at 80mcg
4. Experience - Perfect lost a metric shit ton of weight. But I also used a good diet/exercise protocol.

In order to avoid the cramps, I would reccomend the following.

Take the following, based on a 240lb person, three times daily on an empty stomach:

1. Potassium 300mg
2. Taurine 2000mg
3. Magnesium 800 mg

Potassium and Magnesium are for the cramps. If you read up on Clen you would know that it stimulates the beta 2 receptors in your muscles (thus the shakes) that in turn cranks up your metabolism/core temp (how you lose weight). The harder your body works the faster it depletes the both of them.

Taurine is a non-essential amino acid that helps in the transport of good things such as Magnesium and Potassium to your cells. It also helps them retain it. There has only been a few studies on this however I can tell you that based on my own personal experience that you would be better off not leaving this to chance.

One more thing - I won't bother going down the "how is your diet" road with you. Just know that if you eat crap, you will look like crap. So even if the clen does help you are in for repeated applications if you don't lock down your diet and exercise.

good luck!

Just realized you might be a girl. SO... do not exceed 100mcg as a woman. If you are a guy, you should not exceed 200mcg. As a woman, ramp up starting at 20mcg daily for 2 days then 40mcg, then 60mcg - you get the picture. As a man, start at 40mcg and bump by 40mcg. after the first weeks the shakes should be gone for the most part. As you continue to ramp up, should they return, drop it down a dose based on gender.

One more thing - Clen is great, but not the answer unless you:

1. make a life change to keep yourself in good shape once you get there.
2. You are a BB and need to blast past that 10% (girls and boys) mark.

I second the Capt. ! There is a lot of information out there on clen cycles. start slow and keep it low the first cycle. Its not a race... You will be better off in the end...

If you are female be careful... I got up to 60mgc and i had negative side effects

So if I go down to 60mg from 80, it won't be too much of a shock? The side-affects really piss me off cause I've done Clen before (at the same dosage) and never had any.
Anyways, thank you for all your help guys :)

you should start low everytime you run a cycle and increase till you feel sides and either stay there or come down a notch. I would try 60 and see how you feel on that if its still to much go down to 40. CaptAppleJax has some great write ups and results with Clen! I would read his posts! Good luck

Are you speaking of 'pain' OR cramping...big difference?
I always use some Taurine along with my Clen to prevent cramps.

a 20 mcg bump isn't too much. But, take the mag, potas, and taruine as instructed. The sides should lessen after a week. Do not exceed 100mcg as a woman please. Also, you née to assess your tolerance every time you use clen... It's a new game each time
