lol, my head's hthe size of Mr MAckie's right now haha ... before I do a serious lift ,i start screaming Ronnie quotes "yeh buddy!" "goota geeked on this!" so people start watching (most r watchin anyway) and it gets my adrenaline goin so hard b/c i'd be embarassed to fail ... it's great ... :D
