From drobs kitchen, and to show I try to practice what I preach, this what I cooked yesterday.
8 lbs serloin tips
8 lbs fish
15 lbs boneless chicken
All in Freezer bags. Bagged picture is, left to right:
fish
chicken
tips
3 lbs peel and eat shrimp
8 lbs frozen veggies
not shown: brown rice, sweet potato, salad mix, cranberry sauce, 7.5 dozen eggs
So when people here talk about food, and eating alot of clean food, this is an example of that. Seems there is a common theme here lately and its that members are not thinking about diet as much as they need to.
Here is a great site to track diet www.fitday.com
If your going to run a cycle then you should take just as much time on diet as you did on the cycle. FOOD is where its at guys, not AAS. AAS are icing on the cake built from a solid diet, workout, and proper rest.

Why do you think we keep telling people that the AAS are the cheap part of running a cycle.
Hey Drob, what are you spending every week on food? I go to Sam's Club every other week and spend $250-$300 on my lunch and dinner meats.

About $150, it lasts a week and a half.
Tips are from Market Basket (its like Stop & Shop) everything else is from Costco.

Ya I agree on cycle you do spend a lot on food. I didn't realize drob was on cycle right now thats why I thought it seemed like a lot of money on meats. I am off cycle and only spend about $30-40 per week on meats(mostly chicken)

I'm cutting and that damn near made me lick the screen;);)
I can't wait to bulk in the fall. I do the same thing, Sunday is grilling day. Last cycle I started adding a couple scrambled eggs to each cup of brown rice. After awhile eggs make me want to puke so I have to hide them.

Beer is for the uneducated/immature. Real men drink liquor:cool: and it doesn't take up any fridge space.

If you dont have the $ for food, then you should not cycle... we have been preaching that but people dont listen as Jello-rooskie pinted out..
and BTW, liquor takes up precious room in the freezer where I store 80% of my lean protien ;)

actually I "like to eat" and I cant stand being hungry which is why I have a tough time cutting fat, and I hover between 10 and 12 % bf. (also most people who think they are at 8 are really at 10, and my bf at 10-12% is actual)
My theory is this, if your hungry eat, and eat clean. Today I had
5am 4 eggs, wheat toast, coffee, water
8:30 12 oz fish, sweet potato, 2 large cups mixed veggies
11:00 16 oz chicken, cranberry sauce, 2 cups rice,
12:00 protein shake, 50 g, cup of cottage cheese
3:00 12 oz fish, cup of rice, sweet potato
4:30 protien shake 25g
5:30 - 6:30 gym, back and bis
7:00 chicken cutlets (wife cooked for dinner) salad
at 9 I'll have protein shake
1.5 gallons of water today. Thats not a guess, thats gallons gone I keep in my office. I also supplement with flax seed oil, amino acid, green tea extract 3x a day, multi vit in the am and pm.
Tomorrow I'll mix in steak tips and some shrimp.
On non gym days I am doing 35 min am cardio (wake up, piss, 32oz ice cold water, treadmill) 120 bpm with some HIT in as well.
This all works for me, you need to find what works for you.

is shrimp even that healthy for you? i mean they do have some protein but shrimp are bottom feeders. they eat shit. do they have other nutrients besides a small amount of protein that i am unaware of? i do make a nice shrimp cocktail for christmas time that i enjoy dipping some shrimp in but other than that i am not big on shrimp. but i wil enjoy them if they are providing the same benefits as a juicy steak.

yeah the shrimp are more because I love the taste than a real BB'ing food. I have a few at a time.
Its about balance in my life. I like the way I look now, and I like to eat, and BB'ing is not the reason I am on the planet. Others are more hardcore and thats fine. I work hard, play hard, and lift hard. I dont drink or use drugs, I live a heathy life, and I happen to use AAS  to help me achieve my goals.
Another thing, if your in a phone center as a customer service rep, then your dietary needs are different than the guy thats a roofer. I am a manager in a construction company, and have a fairly active day. So what works for me might not work for others. When a guy posts he has "1 egg for breakfast, protien shake at 10, yogurt for lunch" and wonders why he cant gain we can see the problem. But, if your growing and/or maintaining at 10-12% then IMO your diet is on. (key phrase: IMO )
Just make sure your life is not consumed with BB'ing and diet. There is more to it that that. For the more mature members here with the wife, kids, career, you know what I mean.
peace:D

lol...fuck you! your 40 so your not far behind:D..
Yeah the kids eat the steak tips first, but I load the freezer at work so I hide them there. They like the chicken, hate shrimp. I would rather have them eating that then the hot pockets and quick crap they love and get plenty of anyway.
mxcx, you should get here more often and post up more like you used to, having you and your experience here would add to the the board.

Diet is the toughest part of getting big. You gotta eat...ALOT! Most so called "hard gainers" just simply don't eat enough good quality food. Good advice, man.

i get these microwavable containers that some takeout resturaunts use, they make plates ready to grab and you just take it home or to work and nuke it... i precook my weeks food on those and perfectly portion them out, weigh the protein, ect.. and eat every 2 hours... or at least try to, i dont think im taking in as much as drob is yet, but someday...
