Just wanted to make a short introduction on the boards. Considering doing my first cycle soon but still feel like a have some more self educating to do before I am completely prepared. I am 5"10 and weigh 192. On the old Arnold routine doing Chest/Back/Thighs Monday,Wednesday,Friday and Shoulders and bis and tris Tuesday Thursday Saturday. Calves every other day. Currently just on a clean diet, pre workout supp, Kre Alk, and a NO booster (NOC) from Nutrishop. I am 22 years old and attending school and work at a gym here in beautiful Austin,TX. I am probably going to have a lot of questions so I hope I don't annoy anyone but I will look for the answer before I just come here and post a dumb question.

You are only 22, I don't recc using AAS until you are in your 30's if you want to know why read this thread.
