I'm about to do my very first cycle I can't wait,, I'm taking a EQ, test cyp as follows

Wk 1-10 400 eq
wk 1-10 500 test
pct wk 11 40mg nolva
wk 12 30mg nolva
wk 13 20mg nolva

Do I need clomid as well, I heard that you really don't need both? and how about taking a anti est, like arimidex during the cycle, obviously want to keep gains and minimize sides. Also I read, once you quit nolva gyno syms can come back due to the way it just blocks est at the recepter level and all the extra est is just floating around in your body. Help a newbie man thanks!!

You dont need clomid. I've done well with just nolvadex. But I do have some changes to your cycle. YOu should start the pct on week 12 or 13 if you keep the following cycle. I personally would run the EQ for at least 12 weeks though. (I run it for 16 weeks always)If you do change it, start your pct on week 15. for ex.

wk 1-12 400 eq
wk 1-10 500 test
pct
wk 15 40mgs nolva
wk 16 30mgs nolva
wk 17 20mgs nolva

ya I wrote down wrong week to start pct, brain fart! I was wondering about arimidex is it good to take during test cycle ? And I wiil go an extra 2 weeks with eq if I don't pre-load what do u think about pre loading?

pre loading?? you mean front loading? I never do it, never have either though. With 500mgs of test, I dont think it will be necessary to use armidex. Just keep some extra nolvadex around in case gyno appears.

ok I ment front loading, excuse my lack of terms as I am new to the game. Thanks sTaTic I'll see how I go with the nolva and mybe try arimidex next time and I'll go 12 with eq Cheers man !!
