hi every1 right, i have been thinking about going on steroids cycle and its my first time ever to do steroids cycle. im 26 and weight 190 lbs and i think my bf is about 8% am not too sure about it, have been doing weights training for 3years+ im thinking of going to use danabol and pct etc. maybe i will go for 4 weeks cycle only that because i need to get used to steroids as i know its very harsh on my body system so im going to do something like this: 20mg in 1st week 2nd week 30mg 3rd week 30mg 4th weeks 20mg. what do u guys think? i think im going for 4500-5000 calories for bulking.:D any advice is much appreciated thanks!

I think thats a horrible idea for a first cycle. Just fucking awful, bro.

190lbs at what height?

Your first cycle, when you are ready physically and mentally, should consist of one compound. Test Cypionate. Injectable only. No orals.

really? well i have seen the reviews about d-bol and its good. im 6ft. i know most people say better go for injectable route but i dont want to go that way not yet anyway. i have seen some people feedback on d-bols here and a guy wrote here saying he did do d-bols cycle only and got 20lbs and lost few lbs when go on pct.

6ft, 190. That can go alot of ways, but with only 3 years in the gym alot depends on what your doing there, and what your eating.

thanks guy for ur reply, drob im gonna post diet and weight training here.
so hwere my diet look like this
meal1 n-large 2 prolab,20-30mins later 2whole eggs,3 egg whites, 1 cup cookked oatmeal, 1 bananas

meal2: big canned of tuna and 2 wholewheat bread and veg
meal3:100gchicken fillet,sweet potates and tomatoes
meal4: 4 slice of rickecake and peanut butter
meal5: same as meal2
meal6: steak veggie and baked potatoes
and before bed time i take shake with me.
i do take fish oil with meal and also multi vitmains as well

im going to run d-bol for 4 weeks on 30mg and test for 12 weeks on 400mg what do u reckon drob?

well I dun recokon that with proper diet and rest you would grow like a weed on that cycle. the problem is your not eating enough. others will chime in with diet advice, I dont have the time right now.

Do you weigh and measure EVERYTHING you eat ??????? You need to. I have a digital scale in the kitchen and weigh everything. I have tbsp. and measuring cups. All my plastic cups have marks on them so I know the quantities. For the past 20 weeks I didn't log anything or pay attention. But know I'm cutting and I have to know everything. If you are having problems gaining you need to measure everything. Log you food here

www.fitclick.com is also good too. That's what I use. It's similar to fitday.

Logging and weighing your food is probably the best things you can do for yourself (like Invrt indicated). Makes a big difference and it's easy to punch in what you feel like eating to see what it'll do to your daily macros.

You are a bit light. 190 lbs at 6 feet is skinny. Steak and whey shakes along with intensity in the weight room are what you need.

That would be a decent cycle if you were ready. But you are not.

Read the board rules. We can't spoon feed you a cycle . And BTW did any of the posts on diet sink in? ??

Test Prop and Dbol is my personal fav.
