SEO Dosage

Could someone please give me an example for a biceps/triceps cycle of SEO?
I have been working out for 5 years, done 4 cycles and my arms are only 17". Its a little embarassing benching 405 and having 12 yr old arms. HELP!!!! :confused:

i do 1 ML/CC into each arm twice, what i mean by this is, that is 1ml per muscle head - ie. inner head, outer head, etc). 1ml is used per day, every day, for a period of 2 weeks followed by a one week rest period. Then repeated.

1ml into each head in both arms is 4ml a day, not 1

1 ml per head, so yes that would be 4, a total of 2 into each arm.

i hope that helps, i picked more syringes today for .15 each at my local drug store, they did not ask me what i wanted them for, i was ordering them off line, i guess here in Ohio , a person does not need a prescription for syringes...i bought 50 3ml, 25 gauge 1.5 inch length needles for $7.50 total, the lady behind the counter gave a weird look, she actually asked me if i worked out alot ( i think she knew what iam using them for ) LOLOLOL
