Olive oil is a good choice I say this because it is todate toxin free, this is what dr hulda clark has found with syncrometer testing, all the other oils in the grocery store tested positive for toxins, I personally use grape seed oil i put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 225 degrees then i use a 60 ml syringe with a syringe filter mounted between it and the needle. Are you trying to make it so your as doesnt get so sore?
