bigger faster stronger experience? please comment

In the beginning of the year I started the bigger faster stronger program. I know that alot of colleges and high schools use it and I was wondering what anyone's experiences, dislikes or results from following it were. Thanks alot.

They have books all over the place on it, thought it was more popular with you guys I guess? If you google bigger faster stronger you'll find all you need to know. Not sure if I am allowed to post the link?
