I am currently running this cycle:
wk 1-14: Eq 500mg/wk
wk 1-8: Tren Ace 75mg/ED
wk 9-14: Winstrol Depot 50mg/day
wk 1-14: L-femara .75mg/day
pct-nolva/clo

I am 5'9'', 183 pounds, 7-8% bf, 19, very athletic and have been training since i was 15. I do not want to bulk with this cycle, i want to drop to a very low body fat % while making my muscles look very very full. If i am eating around 2000 cal a day, on a 70pro/20carb/10fat ratio, doing around 20-30 minutes of intense cardio and training each muscle group three times a week, should i see these results? Do i need to change anything?

You will need to do moderate speed of cardio to low speed,not this full out stuff until you get a burning feeling in your lungs or muscles.A good 30-60 minutes of cardio will be good ,and also take some ECA'S,best of luck!

I shred on this cycle. I dont use L-femara though and my EQ is at least 600mgs(sometimes 800mgs) I also add clen to this with no cardio. Yes, i said no cardio but to get lower than 8% bf you might want to.

thought i'd give an update on the progress of this cycle. INSANE! I startes the cycle at around 175 and 13% bf. My physique looks as if it has completely changed. I have been dieting extremely hard(described in the above post), workouting out each muscle group 3 times a week(killing the chest cause i want it to be a strong point) and jump roping very intensely for 30 minutes a day. I'm now in the beginning of my seventh week. i now weigh 188 pnds and i'm hard as a friggin rock. I'm guess'n my bf is around 7-8%. I went from a big but soft looking 175 to a dense, hard as a rock 188. I love tren!!! No water on me at all and veins everywhere from the EQ. Can't wait to see what i look like around week 12.

yah that tren will cut you and give you strength like no other... def my fav. I like how layed out this cycle without test as well. Hows the libido doing? And the winny at the end will top the cake... looks like you really did your research on this cycle.. its very nicely laid out.

sex drive is going crazy! i'm young though but still, i'm hornier than i've ever been, even when i am on test. Plus, i haven't broken out at all which is odd because i broke out bad on test and tren is 5 times as potent? yeah tren definitely makes the strength skyrocket. I was benching around 280 at the end of week 1, i haven'm max'd lately but i'm puttin up 335 on flat around 5 times. I'm workin out with 350 on decline now. The only bad side i've had was the other night i shot my trenand it felt like i couldn't breathe. guess it was the tren cough.

Is there something similar to this but in tablets? I cant do inject and it looks like none of those (sans winny) arent inject.

Be carefull tren will give you so much strength that you can injure yourself because your tendons and ligaments havnt strengthened enough to lift the weight your putting up... just be safe.

yeah i hurt a little bit in my left elbow sometimes but thats probably cause i'm so dried out from the letro, but its worth it. I have never tried anything better, i'm going to do the same but replace the winny with t-bol and bump my calories up to 2700 and try to put on a little more mass next time but keep it very clean. i won't ever run a cycle without tren again unless it starts breaking me out. Anyone know why its not as bad with acne as test? Any experiences?

yo man whats your diet look like to be eating 2000cals a day. i gotta get myself on a hardcore diet like that as well. anyway great cycle it seems something i might want to try soon and that strength gain is absolutly incredible great job man.

I cook a shit ton of chicken breast seasoned with cajun seasoning, a bunch on small baked potatoes and steamed broccoli at the beginning of every week. I eat those throughout the day and count the cals as i go. Protein shake with water after my workout. Diet coke all day long. I thought it would be tough but the chicken tastes great with the seasoning and the e/c/a stack is taking care of the rest.

I like that you are adding in something different to your training like intense jump rope. This melts fat off fast. I am into weight training, running on pavement, running stairs, 70 yard sprints, jumping rope,interval training on stepper and cardio, wrestling and boxing. I know alot of people will say "well this takes away from your weight training" and "you could be leaner if you did less cardio and dieted harder". My answer is that I would not be in as good shape or feel as good as I do. I still eat very clean but a little more carbs than most people that bodybuild do. I think there are alot of us on this board who don't compete and want a great physique and to be in shape. I also compete in judo so this gives me something to train for. I love competition. Kudos to trying and recommending something like jumprope bro.
