I am 1/2 way through a cycle of D-Bol and Test 333. I have noticed major back pain whenever I am doing routine work like mowing my lawn and doing dishes. Stuff I do often in other words. I know that the mass portion of water retention is stored in your lower back. Is this what is causing me pain? Also I am noticing cuts and scrapes not healing as quickly. I am sure this is due to high protien. It has been over six years since my last cycle and I do not remeber having these problems last time. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. Here are my stats:
6'3 225
28 years old
10% BF
Cycle
Wk 1 - 5 D-Bol
Wk 1 - 10 Test 333 1000mg
Wk 1 - 13 .25mg A-Dex
Wk 13-16 Nolva and Clomid
Currently starting week six

Are you possibly training too heavy in the gym and hurt your back?

There is only one thing you shoould really consider, and this is not to scare anyone. It is more of a precaution. I went in years ago with major lower back pain while on Winny. The doc pressed around and I hit the roof when he hit the spot. He took my blood and my kidneys were ready to divorce me. Get your levels checked to be sure especially since it hurts while doing everyday things.
On the lighter side, "Bayer Back & Body Pain", one in the morning and one at night works wonders for normal aching body parts.

I feel like I have always had a weak lower back but I do not work it out super hard due mainly to that. I just can not figure why it becomes so sore. Once it gets so sore that it starts to spasm I sit down for five to ten minutes and then am good to go again. I had a small muscle tear in my lower back back in high school, but that was a long time ago and many years of hard manual labor have passed with no problems. I don't want anyone to think I am complaining. The gear I got from Alin is awesome. I have become strong as an ox. Just can't pull like one for very long. LOL. Thanks Kaiser but I am already on that one. Had my levels checked as I came off D-Bol and all is well.

If you are getting spasms, then you need not worry about your kidneys. That isn't causing the pain.
Glad you're a smart guy about getting your levels checked regularly. Anyway, there are a number of things you could do. I blew out L3 & L4 which derived from squatting. It took me 3 years to really get back into the game and train back & legs hard, but I didn't allow them to perform surgery on me. At first I took Celebrex. I also went to therapy, but the therapy didn't do shit. They hung me on that Helga's House Of Pain back stretcher and all I got out of it was a little taller... lol... :p Celebrex did help out alot, but I know the FDA complains about side effects. So fuggin' what is what I say, everything has side effects. It also took me about 5 years to find a really good massage therapist. She is amazing, as she is in medical school and really knows what she is doing. My advice: find yourself a really good massage therapist which is not always easy. One the hunts around your back for knots and works them out with pressure. If you are getting spasms, you are probably irritating a nerve somewhere, and it is not just muscle soreness. I have also heard amazing things about Aflutop, but cannot speak first hand on it because I have not used it before. Aflutop is available in AlinShop. Good luck brother and be careful.

I really appreciate all the input. I will have to check out massage Kaiser although I believe the only massage places around here specialize in other parts of your anatomy. lol. Again though, thanks. Will try. :D

if it isn't spasms, and is persistant (day to day) and just feels like a tightness in yer lower back ... it is probably the gear ... I would take kaisars advice and get a deep tissue massage ... also, stretch out yer hamstrings really good, because they pull on yer lower back muscles.

I have read a similar thread on this but still not have come to a diff. conclusion than it being such a quick weight gain that some people's lower backs can't take it and it becomes like over trainning. I am on my feet all day at work and it gets to the point where I feel like I just need to stop and sit down for a long while. Sucks big time.
