Having settled into my gentle cycle of anav/winny/ clen and t3, my body has taken to reacting violently......in an unpleasent way :mad:
Perhaps (and I know the subject of toilet humour is best left outside the forum, but hey, who else can I ask) it has been discussed before?
Does excess protein give you wind???? and make you constipated at the same time??? Go figure?????? :o

When I first took clen, I had terrible gas ( I could fart on command. My childish friends thought it was the funniest thing! ) and very slight constipation. I just increased my fiber a little more. It gave me even more gas but at least I could take a sh__ ! My friends got over the smell! hehehe. :eek:

The key is to make sure your protein source is of high quality. Eat lean beef, chicken, fish and use Synthepure protein. The cheap knock off brands of protein give me horrible gas.

Hi Alin, thank you for the advice. I am using the products from Synthetek....the pure protein powder is awesome...I use this for my shakes and mix it with raw egg whites and banana.......Perhaps it is just a system adjustment!! :eek:
Gotta say I really enjoy this forum...learning heaps :)

Get yourself a good 2 part supplement like "Nature's Secret" Multi-Herb & Multi-Fiber. Take as directed or "a little more" until it causes you to basically wizz out your arse. Make sure you drink plenty of water as you can seriously dehydrate yourself. I do this and I am cleaned out for 2 weeks or so until the protien builds up again. You'll feel alot better and more physically fit once you do it. Make sure it is a 2 part formula with separate bottles, as these are the only ones I have really seen work well. Especially the one I mentioned.

lay off the diary and stick to water based protein shakes and meat.

Thanks Kaiser and Tattx... I am not sure of the make-up of the pure protein whey Isolate from Synthetek...I assume it is dairy or egg based??? There goes my credentials as a chef!!!
I treated myself to a really hot thai (meal not massage :D :D ) and I gotta say that it cleared the works, but it is a long term solution I seek...will hunt out your recommendations Kaiser..... :)

I read a few places that using a lot of raw egg whites makes you fart a lot and it smells horrible. Actually, I stopped using them because of these very reasons. And also stopped using so much milk to mix my shakes(not being able to shit for a few days and feeling like your going to explode is not fun)
