All I can say is be carefull with accutane if you can get your liver enzymes tested... I never had to use it.. thank god for good genetics. However I had a friend who used it and he did not drink or do any gear, however one day he had a bad headace so he took some tylonal and wound up giving himself drug induced hepatitus (liver failure)... im not saying dont do it, im just saying be carefull that shit is strong stuff... it also causes alot of people to have Keloid*check spelling* scarring
