i am currently at the end of my 2nd week of my first cycle. i am taking dbol 30mg/day, and testE 500mg/week. i havent really seen any gains and havent noticed any strength difference from when i started. i have gone up in weight a little on my leg workout, but i usually do after a week or 2 of the same weight. what should i look for? how long does this stuff take, and how dramatic are the gains supposed to be? its my first time, and im sure i have legit gear, i just dont know what's supposed to be going on. any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

you should be noticing strength increase with the dbol but I would give it some more time. its only the end of the 2nd week

Well I don't know, but in my first 2 weeks I was completely changed by the D-Bols, and I have only tooked 20 mg/day ... those Methans are very powerful, I think you should see some progresses, at least in your strenght.

From my experience with D-bol ... I have use them in 2 cycles 20-25 mg/day ... I have growth 1 kg in each week, and I'm an ectomorph guy.

Maybe you should consider them fakes, if the results will not appear in the third week.

I'm surprised you haven't felt the D-Bol yet (you might want to try bumping the dosage to 50mg/day)... but you'll def know when the test kicks in. You'll be relentless in the gym, and you'll start blowing right up. It usually takes longer than 2 wks for me though too before I start getting much out of Cyp or Enan. If you want to know what kind of gains to expect, I put on 20 lbs on my first cycle. Good luck. Get after it.

i just took my 4th shot of test today, i am starting to get some comments from my uncle about my arms and shoulders, he is a semi-pro powerlifter who is helping me out with my workouts since i do not have a lot of experience with weights, but i havent blown up like everybody says i will. it seems to take longer to tire out in the gym in the last couple of days, i think thats a good sign that the test may be kicking in. i only had a gain of about 2 pounds last wek though, is that about what i should expect. i am using the napoism dbol tablets @ 30mg/day.

Not exactly sure about your dbol but you should def. be getting coments about you getting bigger by the end of week 4 if you are eating right. I noticed a change by the end of week 2 and comments by week 4 for sure()TestE/EQ). Every other person at work was telling me I was looking huge and there were the speculations of course.

Guys... I don't think he means that he's on week four. He's take 4 shots (= 2 weeks). Don't worry man... the test will kick in. It's not instantaneous. Just be patient and keep lifting hard. The results will come.

no im at the beginning of week 4, but i am getting comments about my size, i havent noticed any huge changes though. i think i may be expecting too much. i am gaining 2-4 pounds a week in the last 2 weeks, and a guy i workout with says my face was looking "puffy", which caused him to question if i was on any gear. i tink its starting to come on now.

i am getting size, but it has been very hard for me to eat right with the schedule i keep. i have been eating every 2-3 hours, if i cant get something clean, i eat something because im told its better to eat something than to go without just because you cant eat clean. im thinking it all in my head, thanks for all of your help. any good foods for a guy with a crazy ass schedule would help out a lot. :cool:

Yes, this is around the time you should notice a diff. Lift big and eat bigger. Anadrol and dbol made me too bloated so I don't use them. I hate the feeling of the puffy face. :eek:

I don't know, but first time when I used Naposim (20mg/ed) with Deca (250 mg/week) I was bulking up at least 1 kg/week, this was from the first week, and it was my first cycle .... don't forget that everyone reacts different to this medication!

The chicken tenders or thighs are my favorites but you get tired of the frozen shit. Mix it with something. There is a thread in general of foods.

i work nights, but this is about what my eating looks like:

2-3pm, wake up,eat a tuna sandwich with some milk
5pm go to the gym
6-630pm come back from the gym, drink a protein shake, get ready for work
9-10pm - - -2 tuna sandwiches, or chili
12 - - -fish sandwiches from mc D's (best i can do at work!), then a protein shake
4-5 am - - almonds, some kinda fast food (whatever i can get my hands on)
6 am - -- protein shake, then straight off to bed

how can i make this better, please keep in mind i am a college student so i have a limited budget :)

Tubberware man. Chicken breasts with steamed broccoli or steak with a sweet potato make sure to precook it. Maybe tunafish with some packets of mayo with celery in it (personal favorite). Obviously you dont have to precook the tuna but just place it in the tubberware and bring it to work and heat it up in a microwave (im assuming they have a microwave). Try to stay away from the fast food so you don't get fat, its one thing to get puffy or bloated but dont get fat. but anyway have fun getting jacked :cool:

im already bringing tuna and chili and stuff, but im a paramedic, and theres just not a lot of room on the ambulance to bring 3 or 4 meals, thats where my problem lies. when i do eat the fast food, i try to eat the fish at McDonalds or something. im starting to see a good bit on my gains now, i thyink my diet is starting to get about where it needs to be, that thread on foods and diet really helped me a lot.

Its hard to gain weight eating clean. Just eat and then eat some more. You cant get in 4000 calories a day on chicken breasts and tuna.

2 lbs a week is about what you should shoot for. Anything more than that is going to be A) water weight or B) fat.

2 lbs a weeks is usually what I get. Well, it's what I shoot for. Not really realistic after your first cycle though. That would be 24 lbs over 12 weeks.
