Hey!!!

just wanted to update on my cycle

I just completed the following cycle

wk 1-4 50mg dbol ed
wk 1-12 750mg sus/week
wk 1-12 600mg deca week
wk 12-18 100mg test prop eod
wk 12-18 50mg winny eod

pct clomid, nolva, HCG

This was the best cycle that i have done I have put on 25lbs but lost that after sus and have kept about 13lbs at the end of it all. I really tried with my diet and stuff. Only prob was a flu for four days and I went off the rails a couple of weekends cos me and my lady split for a while. way too much beer and not enough food for a few weekends........Pissed off about it but we all human and hard to be a machine for four months.......

Anyway i am looking good with huge vascularity in my legs and good striations across my chest. Gonna have a week off training and then put together a big bulking cycle to use in a few months.

Thanks for all the help and advice especially from raj, kaiser, static and arnold jnr who all answered my queries. Since I started on this site I have increased my knowledge 10 fold. I have started to go to bodybuilding contests to see what I should look like and to motivate me. My friend just won the British grand prix and came 7th in the Universe in Germany so that gives me something to aspire to..........(in my dreams)

Hey bro. Glad that everything went good with your cycle. One thing is dont take too much time off after a cycle. It is very important to keep training when off cycle. Just remember that and you'll be good to go. ;)

hey static, thanks man what do you reckon they say time on = time off but i been on for 18 weeks was gonna take 10 weeks off and train hard still.

Next cycle is bulking cycle

weeks 1-4 dbol 50mg ed

a/dex .25mg ed, nolva on hand
pct blah blah.

when i'm bulking I have 6 clean meals a day. every meal i have i add a shake of 250g oats, 2 scoops of pro mass, 2 tblspoons of peanut butter and 12 banana. and 300ml of skimmed milk. bloats me out but gives me the extra calories without spending £100.s on food.

anyway wat do ya think????????? Cheers bro

Hey brother, glad to see a winner out there instead of a complainer. You did good hanging on to 13 lbs. Usually people, after their first few cycles, they'll only start to hang on to 5-6 lbs. Flu and sickness is normal throughout cycles, and isn't caused by the gear itself. It is a side effect of having a huge difference in white to red blood cell count ratios. Sustanon is well known for it actually and it's usually reffered to as sus-flu. Either way, you did excellent in my opinion, and we're always here to help out a respectable gentleman like yourself. Also, if you go on vacation, keep in mind it leaves you even more suceptable to contaminated water like Mexico, etc. Take your multi vitamins every day and you should pull through every time with just a simple cough or sniffle. But again, it's the name of the game some of the time. Good luck on your next few cycles brother.

10 weeks should be good bro. When I run cycles over 10 weeks I usually only take 8-10 weeks off. That gives me enough time but might not for others. My guess is that with prpoer pct, you should be ready after 10 weeks off gear. good luck bro and you're welcome
