New here but not new to the game used to get gear from another place till I was turned onto This GREAT PLACE!! Ok I got Suptertest 450 / Deca 200 / DBol 10mg and I have all my PCT. never seen Supertest before had to give it a try last cycle was 10 months ago deca d bol sust 250 good gains not so good diet. gained 11lbs look good but could do a lot better. Problem is Diet hard to do working construction not much time for lunch / break. Any tips for a better diet. 5-8 156lbs low BF out of the gym 6 months back slow start but no problem..

Supertest is good stuff but it hurts like hell for some people. I know it tore me up. Make sure to heat it and inject real slow mixed with the deca.

ok. First, how old are you?
Post your current diet.
Without even seeing it I can say you need to eat a fuck load more. All the AAS in the world wont help without the FOOD.

I've worked construction and thrown on mass at the same time.. Protein shakes by my saw stand, protein bars in my tool belt, I'd bring a cooler filled with food and just take a bite out of a steak every time I went by it.

Ok you are right I eat like shit I am 37 stoped lifting for a while because i got a hearnea while I was bench pressing and lost my appatite I eat alot of pasta and cold cuts and yes some fast food I have to do a full 360 and get my diet on track. I use muscle milk just one a day and just got some ISO 100 whey protein.

The powders are fine when you're going to miss a meal or as extra calories between meals. But they're not food. You need to eat food.

Buy a BIG luch box and pack with ice packs to keep cold. make you meals a few days in advance and enough of each portion to keep in tupperware bowls that fit in your lunch box. Protein shakes are valuable here too if you able to make a quick one.

Thank you so much for the feed back I will do that this weekend and get this ball rolling I posted what I plan on doing this time around In the cycles forum. If you get a chance please take a look and tell me what you think.
