problem?

so I did an injection about a week ago in my delt. I think I pinned a little low and I have a small bump in my arm. it has been there for about a week now, but doesn't hurt at all and isn't causing any problems. what could it be from and what should I do?

its alittle swole, take benadril.. it should go away.. if it turns red then it may be infected.
