What is the corrent dose for Letro.

Hey guys. I've been seeing threads posted about letro, but i haven't being seeing any consistent dosing information on it, or how long one should take it.

Is 2.5 a week for 10 weeks good?

It all depends on how much stuff you are doing?
Generally speaking you don't want to use more than 2.5-3.5mg every 3 days. Any more than that and you will notice an incredible drop in you're libido! Not fun..lol
Alot people even find 2.5 E3D is even a bit much and usually have to take it down a tad...This is just to use as a reference as all chemical compounds react differently in everyone, but give 2mg E3D a try and go from there by what you're body is telling you.

Here's one you'll get a kick out of....it shows that a dose of only 20mcgs of Letro (not a typo, I'm talking MCGs and not Mgs) will suppress estrogen by about 30%:

The aim of this open, dose-finding study was to evaluate the effects of single dose CGS 20 267, a new oral nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitor, on the inhibition of estrogen production and also on the production of adrenal and testicular steroids in healthy male subjects. Nine dose levels ranging from 0.02-30 mg and placebo were tested, each dose being given to 3 subjects only. A total of 18 subjects were included; 12 of them received 2 single administration, the remaining 6 were exposed only once to one of the 2 highest dose levels. A reduction in serum estrogen levels when compared to baseline was already observed after 2 h, reaching maximum suppression between 10 and 48 h after administration. After 24 h, a suppression of estrone levels by 60-85% from baseline was achieved with all tested doses. A reduction in estradiol levels by about 30% from baseline was observed at the lowest dose (0.02 mg). This reduction was further enhanced dose dependently to a maximum of about 90% from baseline at 24 h after administration of the highest dose (30 mg). With the higher doses (10 and 30 mg), estrogen suppression was maintained up to 3 days. A dose-dependent increase of testosterone, LH, and FSH was observed and was most pronounced in the 10- and 30-mg dose groups, which can be considered as a consequence of the long-lasting aromatase inhibition achieved with these high doses. No effect on serum cortisol and aldosterone levels was observed up to the highest dose. No clinically relevant changes were observed in blood chemistry and hematology tests. The systemic and subjective tolerability of CGS 20 267 was good at all doses. This study has shown that CGS 20 267 is a well tolerated, potent, selective, and long-acting inhibitor of the aromatase enzyme after single administration.

P.S. I didn't realize that only 20 mircograms had such a pronounced effect on estrogen supression! Letro is some pretty effective stuff to say the very least!
Hooker, do you know if letro has the same or close to the same effects on water bloat that arimi, and nolva do? Seeing as how the bloat is primarily caused by the high estrogen due to conversion, I am assuming that the effects of letro on bloat should be the pretty well the same as the forementioned chems, yes?

i have read that you should start this stuff well before your cycle...some have said up to a month before...But others said a week or two before and then tapper it off near the end of your cycle and switch to nolvadex......

People got good results with .5 mls every other day...

dude i normally hit 2.5mg letro EOD and that tends to do the trick. and by the way this stuff works wonders on pre-existing gyno!

I have experimented and to avoid the crashed libido I have settled with .5mg every 3-4 days. its a very small dose but works well enough for me.
