View Full Version : Sustanon cycle... add winstrol?

i have done a sust cycle b4 with great results. i have been natural for several yrs now but want to gain a bit of mass now. i am going to do another cycle of sust but am thinking of adding winstrol tabs to it. should i or very bad idea..

i have my eating almost to a science and will have everything on hand for PCT.
currently i am 6'4" 227 at about 10% BF.

after reading some other post let me add.......
im 35 yrs old and been seriously training for 4 yrs now, meaning i hit the gym 5 days a week with goals and a routine each day. i have utilized trainers in the past and learn from those willing to talk about training. my previous cycle was while in military at 21 yrs old. i gained alot but didnt know what i was doing at all.
i am not wanting to jump into a complex cycle right now i just want to add a few lean lbs. last summer i was going to do a local BB contest but after cutting down to 215 and 5% BF i realized i need ALOT more size at my height although i looked alot better with lower BF. I couldnt do the contest cause my wife took a night job and it cut my workouts way back.
i have since been tryn to add some lean size and have hit a plateau. im not looking to gain 50lbs and not sure about trying to compete again at the end of this year. my goal is to be a lean 230lbs and maintain.
my diet is "almost" a science because i occasionally due to work have to eat out at places i normally wouldnt go and at times i wouldnt normally be up to eat (3am), i work outside and carry a backpack to work everyday with my protein shakes, snacks, and lunch in. Although my diet is probably not perfect it is fairly good.
all that added while doing a 10wk sust (250 2xs a week) will it be worth it to add the winstrol at 50mg ED?

I'd go with a single ester test like enth and add proviron instead of winnie. I'd also read this thread.

I switched from working out 5-6 days a week to this split for bulking and it was an amazing difference.
