I take my sustanon wensdays and saturdays alternating my cheeks :D , How long should you stay sore from the shot? I am sore for about 4-5 days after. Is this typical? thanks

massage the site real well and you should have no problems, try warming up the syringe in your hand for a few minutes before injection

Probably to close a time threshold. You will probably have to start throwing in a new injection site like quads.

i read it. its sounds far fetched to say that if you massage then your going to push out the oil into places that you dont want it to, if this were true i would have already had tons of abcesses. IMO you are more likely to get an abcess if you inject 2+cc's and dont massage

Yeah i hear if you massage it, you increase the chances of pushing it out. But I will give it a try. thanks

the soreness is normal for SOME (not all) and is most likely from the prop ester in Sust.
