My first cycle was:
Sus 250 x 500mg per week x 16 weeks, 2 pins

My 2nd cycle was:
Naps x 50mg per day for 5 weeks
Decca x 400mg per week x 12 weeks, 2 pins
Sus 250 x 500mg per week x 14 weeks, 2 pins

My 3rd cycle was to be:
Dbol x 50mg per day for 4 weeks
Eq x 400mg per week x 12 weeks, 2 pins
Test E x 500mg per week x 14 weeks, 2 pins

I have about another 6 weeks to go off cycle before getting into my 14 week,3rd cycle, I now have found due to work I have to go overseas for a trip right where week 10 of the cycle would be, I will be out of the country for 2 weeks and this would screw up my cycle.

So I figure I can do about an 8 week cycle and fit it in and keep my planned 14 week, 3rd cycle for later in the year.

Can anyone help advise me what is a beneficial cycle I can do that takes 8 weeks??? I have time to order what I need in from Alin and run it before I fly out, either cutting or bulking, whatever will fit in the 8 weeks.

This is a nice mass building cycle. And it kicks in quick. It's one of my favorites.
wk1-8 - Test Prop 200mg EOD
wk1-8 - NPP 150mg EOD

For the Test Prop, 200mg EOD, I see the stealth product is 100mg per ml.

So 8 weeks would be 2 ml every 2nd day = 56ml of stealth Test Prop, sorry if this is a bit basic but I am new to Prop. Is there anything I should be aware of with injecting Prop, just the usual in the thigh, 25gauge with a 1 1/4" needle??

I have searched NPP and come up with a bunch of posts about NPP, what is it and can I order from Alin?

Also when doing 2 products like this EOD should I alternate or both on the same day??

Also ojs you look great in that cardio post thats running now, its photos like that keep me going.

just found it i think on Alins site, Nandrolone Phenylpropionate 100mg per ml so 1.5ml every 2nd day = 42ml of stealth NPP, is that right??

Great cycle OJS !

I just had to cut a cycle short due to an injury. It ended up being a 6 week Prop/NPP cycle and I put on 15lbs. It is a great cycle !

These dosages are high, even for a fourth cycle. You could easily run this same cycle at 100mg eod on both compounds.

Yes it is a bit high. It's a more advanced cycle.

Might be better like this:
wk1-8 - Test Prop 150mg EOD (525mg/wk)
wk1-8 - NPP 125mg EOD (437.5mg/wk)

Make sure your diet is on. This cycle kicks in and out pretty quick. So if your diet is off it won't amount to shit.:cool:

No, no need for a dbol kick start with this cycle but you can still use it if you like. I like to throw it in for the last four weeks of any cycle if I hit a plateau of strength gains

No. This cycle kicks in fast. Make sure your diet is on before you start. You should be gaining weight before you start your cycle.

I walk 3 mornings a week for about an hour at a time, should I maintain this or cut back a bit while on cycle???

Yes, you could add dbol to make a test/deca/dbol cycle. That is an famous cycle for huge gains. It is really up to you bro.

As for a "kick start", you won't need one, you will be fully going by your third or fourth shot. (approximately a week) Instead, the dbol here would serve purposes of strength and extra water for muscle growth.

Week 9: 100mg Clomid with 50mg Nolv ED(first 3 days 300mg Clomid)
Week 10: 50 mg Clo with 40 mg Nolv ED
Week 11: 50 mg Clo with 40 mg Nolv ED

Would this cover it?

Yes.

Or, ...if you are using only short esters and no Dbol, you can stop the NPP and just taper off the Test Prop pyramiding down the dosage over weeks 9 through 11. And skip PCT altogether.

ojs will try that and keep my clomid and nolv for the next cycle.

I have enough stealth Prop on order to do that, what should I drop it by??

Say go to 125mg for week 9, 100mg week 10 and 50mg week 11?

My order went in about an hour a go. Now its just wait on the postman.

Yes, this is exactly how you should run your PCT.

In my opinion, PCT is absolutely necessary after running prop and npp for 8 weeks. I would highly recommend not skipping your pct, bro.

Do you want to risk being shut down with a limp noodle and small balls?

Here's what I've done with no problems. And you can always throw 20mg of Nolva ED in if you want to be extra safe. You can tell by how deep your socks leave a mark on your ankles whether you need Nolva or not.

wk1-9 - Test Prop 150mg EOD (525mg/wk)
wk1-9 - NPP 100mg EOD (437.5mg/wk)

wk10 - Test Prop 100mg EOD (350mg/wk)
wk11 - Test Prop 75mg EOD (263mg/wk)
wk12 - Test Prop 50mg EOD (175mg/wk)

This is my diet now, am pretty religious about it and maintain this 7 days a week.

4:30 am Protein shake with skimmed milk, multi vitamin, B complex, fish oil
5:00 am Work out or aerobic exercise
6:30 am 2 x 65 gm whole eggs, 4 x 65 gm egg whites, slice of toast with peanut butter
9:30 am 150 gm skinless chicken breast, microwaved potato
12:00 am 200gm lean steak, rice and steamed vegtables
3:00 pm 150 gm skinless chicken breast
6:00 pm 200gm steak, rice or vegtables
9:00 pm cup of yoghurt

I also eat a couple of pieces of fruit throughout the day, either apples, bananas or dried fruit eg dates and prunes. Should this be sufficient or should I increase my intake of protein and/or fat and or carbs?

Just started the cycle, pinned yesterday 1.5ml of prop and 1ml of npp.

It was 20 hrs ago and still no pain, was waking up through the night waiting for it to come on, woke up in the morning and did a 5 km walk, all the while waiting for pain..

I am hoping I am good with this stuff, it is looking good so far, early days and have my next pin coming up tomorrow night but I might have a painless cycle.

Will update as the cyclce goes along.

Keep us updated. I loved the NPP/Prop cycle I started. I was 6 weeks in when I got injured but had some nice gains even in that time. As long as you have your diet in check you should be good to go.

EDIT: I Just read your signature. At 108Kg's you should be way over 300gr of protein a day. I was up to 100Kg's and was at 450-475gr's a day.

I am half way through week 2, just beat my best squat by 10kg, did a set of 2 with my thighs breaking parallel with the floor, this is f*cken great.

I love steroids.

I have about 20 tupperware containers, I have a cook up every morning, a couple of steaks, a chicken breast, boil my eggs, wherever I am going I have all my meals in the containers in a little ice box, get some funny looks when you pull a rump steak out at the traffic lights.

I just weighed myself, my mate is the local DHL Manager so scales are spot on.

I have put on 3.1kg in 14 days.

OJS I owe you for this one, I am just steaming.

My strangth is going through the roof, just started week 4 and am loving it.

I am a lot more in control than when I was on my last cycle, that was sus 250 at 500 a week and decca at 400. On that cycle I was complely out of control horny, this I feel just great but not nuts.

Have had 3 people ask me in the last few days if I am taking steroids, ha ha. I am growing by the week and just feel great.

I wanted to try this cycle but couldn't find the NPP. I'll file it for future reference.

Unless you mean Deca is NPP, but I read NPP is similar to Deca but the letter at the end is different I think. Was a few weeks ago when I was researching.

If you don't know what NPP stands for you shouldn't be doing ANY cycle. N is for nandrolone (the compound) and the PP is the ester(phenylpropionate). Just like nandrolone (compound) deconate (ester)
