I was curious, how everybody did their workouts, myself i do one body part a day and when im on cycle ill do alittle extra. How do you guys work out from when on cycle and when off cycle?

doesnt change much for me, always 3 days only MWF) on ,might be alittle more volume and doubling up some body-parts.

yes ive been using Big A's principals also for the first time figured i give it a try. ive been workingout smarter and less concentrating more on recovery and diet and its been working really well for me. protein intake is essential especially on cycle when protein synthesis is much higher on gear. ive been getting no less than 300grams a day. wish i could do more but theres always the money issue but ive been finding that getting 300 is a task in itself

I train as hard whn OFF as I do when ON.
Right now I'm doing a rotation.
1.CHEST/SHOULDERS/TRI'S
2.BACK/BICEPS/ABS
3.LEGS (QUADS/HAMS/CALVES)

I either rest one day after each workout,,,or I do the full 3 days straight,,and take the day off. Then start over. Depending how I'm feeling and recovering.
