I like taking my vitamins and sups right before i eat a meal. I will take my sups and then chase with alot of water then eat one of my many meals. (better for digestion). As far as what time I like it in the am get it doen and over with so I dont get preoccupied and forget.

I feel that its better to be taking multivitamins and most of your supplements in the morning right up till the afternoon.
Reason for that is the B group vitamins do get you feeling rather flushed and is critical in your body's processes for releasing energy from the food you eat. For this same reason, the B group vitamins may also impair your ability to have restful sleep.
Fat soluble vitamins require food to be ingested with them in order to be absorbed effectively into the body.
However, calcium has been shown in studies to be better absorbed at night, and magnesium works synergistically with calcium. Also magnesium helps with sleep.
So in a nutshell, take most of your vitamins and minerals during the morning to afternoon.
Take calcium and magnesium with your last meal before bedtime.
