sustanon and inj winny? help out a newbie

I just started a 8 week cycle of sustanon 250. 2 amps a week, one on wendsday and one on saturday. I also have a 6 week cycle of injectible winny. I am 5'10" 200 lbs, about 18% body fat. Tell me if this sounds like i am doing it right. I plan on doing 2 amps of sustanon for 8 weeks and 6 weeks of winny at 3 amps of winstrol ( because of the half-life ) the last 6 weeks of my 8 weeks cycle. I want to get to about 225 lbs and then cut back down to 205. i am eating like a horse. I have a personal trainer and meal plan suited for my "suplements". I eat tons of steak, chicken, potatoes and rice. 4 meals and 3 large protien shakes. any other help would be appreciated. thanks everyone glad to be part of the family :)

Do you have PCT planned out because you will need it.

Weeks 1-8 500mg Sust
Weeks 4-10 Winny

This will allow you to start PCT the day after your last shot of and also cut down on the Estrogen going into PCT. Drink alot of water to lube those joints though.

Good suggestion. You could add some Deca to ease joint issues.

what is pct? Is that like climod? should i take clomid after this cycle? and thanks for the help! I appreciate it.

Alin, how much deca shoudl i get and what brand do you recommend? and how often to take it?

what is PCT??? are you serious? c'mon.... yes you can use clomid as pct and nolvadex. This has been posted a billion times now. day after last winny injection or pill start your pct.

40mgs nolvadex/ 150mgs clomid ED for a week
30mgs nolvadex/ 100mgs clomid ED next week
20mgs nolvadex/ 50mgs clomid ED the following week

you can use deca at 400 mgs per week with this cycle. Pick any kind alin has. its all good. Want a break in price? go stealth!
