Im starting my first cycle and this is what it consists of:

WEEKS 1-6: Trenbo ace 75mg Every Other Day
WEEKS 1-8: Test Pro 50mg Every Other Day
WEEKS 1-10: Clenbu 80-100mcg 2 weeks ON, and 2 weeks off
WEEKS 1-10: Anastrozol 0.25mg Every day
WEEK 8: 40mg Nolva Every Day
WEEK 9: 30mg Nolva Every Day
WEEK 10: 20mg Nolva Every Day

I have ben reading up all I can for a few months now. Plan on starting this cycle in a month or so.

Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated. Thanks

If you have read anything you should have, you would already know that this is a horrible first cycle. I don't know what your goals are but it looks like you are trying to loose weight. Diet is a much more effective and safe route to take.

My goals are to stay at my size and drop BF%.

Stats are ok. How old are you? How long training? How good is diet?
I personally do not like it at all.

I'd drop everything but the prop and id up the dose to 100mg eod for 8 weeks.
I'd also have some Clomid on hand to help with recovery if necessary.

If running prop, PCT (NOLVA AND CLOMID) needs to be started a week after last test pin. The half-life is 3-4 days so technically its in the system for 7-8 days.

I wouldnt worry about the adex either, only use if you start getting some bloat or any sides.

Id say do this basic cycle (depending on age) and concentrate on diet, if diet is solid, you have a solid cycle here.

Keep reading, you're off on some things.

Cool good info. You know ive been eating really clean no fried foods, hydrogeated oils, soda. Drinking water only, eating lean meats, complex carbs. Tried supplements from stores.
Im 26 and been workin out since i was 17 on and off.

Main factor is that I have Hypothyroidism. my diet and exercise for the past year have been giving me marginal results. Seems like i need a boost.

I even quit drinking alcohol and smoking in July. Still not a lot of change. Active duty so I run everyday during the week. Past deployment to Afghan kinda jacked up my routine came back this past April. Consistent lifting since May.

Cardio Mon- Fri. Lift Tue, Thurs, Sat, Sun.

Im getting this cycle info from a friend who took it before and had good results.

Simple solution to losing bodyfat.

Find out how many calories you need to maintain current weight. Lifting or not.
Once you have that figured out, drop 200 calories at a time until you start seeing a difference.

Make sure you are eating enough protein, 1.5-2g per lb of bodyweight.
Drink atleast a gallon of water a day if not more.

Also, what kind of cardio? You need to start doing interval training if you're already not.
Also, I never recommend lifting two days straight. You're not seeing much pregress because you CNS cant recover because right now you have 0 days off.
More muscle= faster fat loss.

You split needs to be something like this:

Mon/Wed/Fri- Lift/cardio days

That's it. Keeo workouts to 45 min, INTENSE cardio for 20 min. Your g2g.

You can do a search to learn more about splits, cardio, etc...
I know its been posted a ton since Ive been a member in the last year.

nice. Thanks. So the cycle I posted seems to strong for a 1st? It seemed like a lot.

Diet is the key. Ill keep hitting it up with interval training.

I figured my CNS is used to it. see the mon-fri cardio is mandatory...usmc. lol.

Ill do the calorie decrease. I got time to figure this out. Thanks for the info.

i like the cycle man id go with hcg instead of the nolva you should see some good gains if thats your first cycle just beware tren is a very powerful substance dont be alarmed if you experience some anxiety

your doses are pretty low i mean thats not a crazy first cycle the only thing thats kinda heavy for a newbie is the tren but at the same time you gotta start somewere i would just do it if your nervous about it then just do test clen and cardio??

i would not advise tren for a first cycle. all test cycle would be a good first one compound. at most add and anabolic like deca or eq.

This is not a very educated statement. This is not something that you can just try out and see how it works. You need to do things the right way or you could have side effects that won't go away. You should think about what it is we are dealing with here before making statements like this from now on.

if you can knock your body fat down a bit id take a look at Test and Masteron, it keeps the gyno down and bloat. its a nice mild cycle that will give you a good solid cut look.

Very good, stay on here and spend some time reading and learning. You will be able to understand on a higher level why we said what we did.
