Hey my peeps how's everybody?
Well my brothers and sister I start my cycle going to my 4 week in it so
I ran into a problem my gym is closeing so I sign up to a new 1
but they not opening up until Jan 4 now my ? Is
it ok if I don't go heavey for this weeks I allready been like this pass 4 weeks cuz the whole gym thing
Am I going to see results knowing that I'm going to start gym in the middle of the cycle

What is your cycle?
Why would you take steroids if you're NOT working out at you best?

that sucks.
A week off is one thing but Jan 4 is 2+ weeks away, and in the middle of a cycle too.
I would try to find another way to lift (got a buddy with some weights?) so you can keep at it, no sense in ending your cycle. Unless you truley cant touch any weights for the next 2 1/2 weeks, then its almost pointless to continue. If so then run PCT now wait 8 weeks, order more gear, and do it again in 8 weeks.
If its really only a week that should not be too bad, just rest up and go super heavy when you get back

nothing wrong with chair dips and push ups with elevated feet, lunges maybe....

I would drop that to a minimum dose or just stop all together and save that shit for later. I don't see the purpose in using steroids while barely doing any type of strength training exercises. Steroids and calesthenics has got to be like giving meth to a dead guy.
