so this is my fist cycle that I am doing and I trained regularly before i started but wanted to get cut up. I am a former wrestler so I have some pretty good mass.
I am taking: weeks 1-12
test prop 100 mg/eod
winstrol 50mg/ed
my sates right now are
height: 5'10
weight: 210
BF %: 15
age: 20
when i start my cycle i am going to be doing 30 min of cardio everyday and lifting everyday along with a high protein low carb diet. I plan on taking in about 3000 clean calories everyday.
what do you all think about this plan. also what would be a good pct?

3000 calories is 300 calories under your normal daily recomended calorie intake at 210 lbs. You should up to about 4500 clean kcals while on your cycle and get up to 300grams of protein per day. Also research some proper bodybuilding diets so you really know what clean calories are and how much to really eat. I'm not saying you don't know all this but some guys come on here claiming that they are eating everything in sight, when they are just eating 3 meals a day until they are full. Make a log. Everything is different when you see it logged down on paper or on your computer. Your cycle looks fine but you are going to need some kind of PCT. Try a typical nolvadex and clomid finisher for post cycle.

I also just realized that it looks like you wanna take winni for 12 weeks. DO NOT TAKE IT FOR THAT LONG. It will most likely ruin your liver. Throw the winni in there for the last 4 weeks only.

with prop you dont need more then 6 to 8 weeks, and what is your reason for wanting to use the winni. A kicker, or to end with. Either the first 4 weeks if a kicker, or last 4. If your lookin for a 12 week cycle mine as well stick with Test C or E.

5 10 and 210 is pretty big, lets see a picture. in theory if you run winny that long your joints are gonna be in trouble, you liver was already touched on.
since your 20 i would have liked to know your blood work prior to starting your cycle, like your free test levels. sounds like you arent having any troubles getting big, what made decide to start AAS?

You dont need 700mg of test a week for your first cycle. 12 weeks of prop is to long. 12 weeks of winny is to long. for a first cycle this is trash. you need to do some more reading.

after doing some more research I am going to modify it. I am going to run an 8 week cycle instead of the 12. I am not taking, nor was I plan on 700mg/week test prop. it is going to be 350mg/week (100mg/ EOD).
I do have some good mass and have decided to do AAS to get cut. I do want to add some more mass but not a ridiculous amount (maybe 10 lb of muscle)
In your opinion would it be better to take the whinnies the first for or the last 4. I am using it to help get rid of a little belly fat so I have some good definition in my abs when I am done with the cycle.
With the calorie statement I was thinking that by reducing my caloric intake it would help me loose the bf that I want. Do you think that it would be better to go up to 4000 kcal and just stick with my cardio everyday to take care of it.

if you had enough time inbetween you could run the winny in the beginning and the end if you wanted to.

Prop at 350mg/week for 8 is perfect, I'd add 75mg tren EOD and if you had to do Winny I'd implement it in weeks 5,6,7 and 8
Reguardless of the gear diet will be most important. But as you body changes so will your caloric requirements, as will the addition of AAS affect it. I would start at 3000 calories and drop 5% every other week. But the decrease must come from carbs and fats. At the end of 12 weeks you should be around 2200 cals per day.

16 calories per lb of bodyweight is the RDA. To utilize your body fat for energy keep your carbs around 200 per day with one high carb day per week. Zero carbs past 5pm. I guarantee this will work. Do your cardio in the morning prior to breakfast. Tren will not be good for a first cycle. You will not be able to know which compound is doing what for you. However tren would be extremely great for a 2nd or 3rd cycle. The 2000 calorie diet would be for a smaller individual. The FDA recomends a 2000 calorie diet because it is an avg estimate. Women are included in this estimate. So keep your calories up and avoid unwanted carbs from sodas and junkfoods. You should only add the winni in the last four weeks of your cycle. Again, this well help you see how your body responds to the additional compound and will harden you up from the water weight caused by the testosterone. I am still curiouse what your PCT is gonna look like, any ideas?

so I have run into a small bump in the road. I forgot to get my pct with my last order and I was planning on nova at 60 mg day 1 40 day 2-3 and 20mg 3-21. I don't want to spend a lot more money just to get my pct, so what should I do? I was looking at bbing.com and they have some pct formulas for sale, but I do not know if they will work for my cycle that I am going to start.
