I competitively powerlift, age 47, many many cycles under my belt. Standard is roughly 800 test and 400 deca with some anti-e, never had any gyno problems, for 8-10 weeks leading up the contest, then cruise in between cycles with 200 test per week.
Any weightlifters/powerlifters had experience with reversing the dosages? I.E. 800 deca and 400 test? Joints/tendons are getting more and more problematic over time, and wondering if reversing the dosages might help.

not sure More is better when talking about Deca? 400mg is good.

I wouldnt recommend running more deca than test unless you want to take the risk of getting deca dick. Plus, you are going to get shut down even harder. I always run more test than any other compound, period. Why not try EQ instead of Deca for your joints?

I think max 600mg/wk is the most you will need for superior results.

The magic number for me is 600mg a week but everyone is different!!

I always read that deca should be 2mg/lb body weight for best results

I think 800 deca and 400 test is an excellent idea to help the joints/tendons. I'm on deca only right now and feel great. No negative sex sides and my body feels pretty damned good. Some lagging injuries are actually starting to heal finally
