Cycle Help

i am about to start the newbie gold cycle and was wondering when would be the best time of day to take the cycle? i was thinking first of each week either sunday or monday and daily tabs first thing every morning.anyone have any suggestions?

I think it would be a good idea to post the cycle and not just name of it, not too many have all the cycles memorized.
