Does this seem like a decent beginner cycle?

Test-c 500 mg Week 1-12
D-bol 40 mg ed Week 1-4
Winstroll 40 mg ed Week 8-12
Nolva 20 mg ed Week 1-17
Clomid Pct day 1-11 100mg
Clomid Pct day 12-21 50mg
Milk thistle-every day


I'm not suggesting that I'm going to take this right now. I have been reading posts and sticky's. I am just working on understanding everything better.

I would drop the winnie. Use the Nolva for PCT. Add adex@.25 EOD or ED if you start to bloat.

I would just run Test C for the 12 weeks. Add Adex in instead of Nolva then start with Nolva and Clomid at week 14.

Bump! I'd drop everything but the Test. I'd run the Test for 10-12 weeks and add adex@.25 EOD after a couple of weeks if you start to bloat

LBZ, your 5 ft 7 and 158 lbs?

If thats the case then that seems light, even for a short guy. I am only 2 inches taller and was 35 lbs heavier when I ran my first cycle.

A couple years back I started lifting, and worked out about 5 or 6 days per week. I weighed about 145 when I started. I got up to about 165, and was benching 340. Not amazing, but good results for me. I started by taking 1ad, then got on some dianabol. I loved both! I decided to quit smoking, and ended up eating all of the time. I stoped working out, and just got lazy. I got up to about 190ish, and it wasn't anything pretty.

In the past 8 weeks I have been dieting, and just recently got on some winstroll. I am currently down to 158. I am hopeing that my winstroll is a quality product. It says it is from British Dragon. I am going to keep up with my diet, and cardio. I do 20 to 30 minutes of cardio every day, then I work out fairly heavy. I want to finish using this winstroll, then get on some dianabol, or testosterone cypionate. I have also used testosterone c once before. I want to be in the best shape of my life by the time I hit 34. I'm hopeing I will learn some good info on this site. I have gotten screwed several times on merchandise, and am always trying to learn new work outs etc.

I would say you should lift alot more than 8 weeks coming back, probably closer to 6 months, before you run a cycle. 8 weeks back in the gym is not long enough and you risk injury by cycling and pushing yourself too soon. Also your gains wont be as good than if you get to, say 175 lbs and then cycle.

BUMP OJS, test only for your first cycle. drop everything else. standard PCT

After reading the initial posts on here, I droped the winstroll, and just have been working out natural. I got off of my bull shit diet, and have been eating good, and taking in a lot of protein. Well, maybe not a lot, but at a minimum 200 grams per day. Usually I am right around 300 grams per day. I am not going to start a cycle right now. I am just trying to understand the gear better, so that when I am ready, I will have the knowledge. I'd say that right now, I weigh between 172 and 175. My waist is right around 34". I would like my waist to be less, but even on my diet when I lost over 25 lbs, my waist still didn't shrink that much. I can see my abs, but not as good as I want.

Monday- Chest and Triseps and 30 min of cardio
Tuesday- rest
Wed. - Back and Biseps and 30 min of cardio
Thurs.- Rest and stretching
Friday- Legs, and Shoulders

I have been lifting on and off for the past 7 years. I was lifting 6 days a week for a long time. I feel much better now, that I'm resting in between lift days.

I am currently working out with 250 on the bench for my work set. 90 lb. dumbells for incline, and 225 on the decline.

Like I said, just trying to understand everything. Trying to work my back hard right now.

BUMP what everyone else said: Run the test only and adex if needed for bloat. Clomid and Nolva for PCT.
Bro I am on my first cycle too right now and I am only running 500 mg test e / week and 1.25mg finasteride ED - I have adex, nolva and clomid on hand when needed. You might want to consider running finasteride if you are concerned with hairloss. I am two weeks in, much stronger (I frontloaded a gram) and so far no bloat or sore nips.
From a newb to a newb - my only advice to you is buy more test then you need because the amps break very easy. I didn't know that you had to push on the dot and ended up breaking my first amp of test. I bought a small metal file for $3 from Home Depot and have filed down around the necks of all of my amps before breaking them and have had no further issues. So if you are using amps order a few extra just in case and be sure to file them down before breaking them. Good luck with your cycle and keep us posted.

You can buy an ampule opener for just a few dollars. It makes everything a piece of cake, makes sure you don't cut yourself or waste anything.

I'm going to wait until I'm at least back to where I was befor getting on a cycle. When I quit smoking, I got lazy and fat. Like I said in previous posts, I got on a weight watchers diet and droped about 25 lbs. Figured I would drop the fat before I started trying to build mass again. The only problem with my diet is that it seemed like I droped muscle mass right along with the fat. I'm just trying to learn all I can before deciding to start a cycle. I don't want to just be big. I would rather be lean and muscular, than to be huge. Even right now, I'm taking in a lot of protein, water, and food. I'm getting stronger, and bigger, but am worried about my abs. I guess I would rather have the body builder body than the power lifter body.
